bien mais entretien climatisation à revoir
bon hôtel mais la chambre que j'avais possédait une climatisation qui faisait beaucoup de bruit. Je pense qu'elle était mal fixée alors elle tremblait à chaque fois qu'elle fonctionnait. j'ai trouvé une façon pour diminuer le bruit car sinon je n'aurai pas pu dormir durant mes 2 nuits à cause du bruit important.

The property would not acknowledge my reservation which was paid in full until after 3am and the young girl needed her managers assistance but they would not wake up to assist her. I was not able to check into my room until 3:15am with a checkout time of 11am. VERY unhappy with the service.

Was not told that there were additional fees. Wouldn’t accept debt Visa card wanted a major credit card. Because we didn’t have it. Then requested cash for a deposit. This should Of been provided information when booking and paying with my debt visa as well. No atm Machine at the hotel. I was very upset and beyond disappointed. After driving 4.5 -5 hrs. I didn’t want to try and find a bank near by as I have never been here before.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Good breakfast. Pool was very cold, and needed to be cleaned - scummy layer on the tiles at the top of the pool.

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional. They were quick to correct a small problem in our room with our shower and re located us to a new room right away. The lobby has a nice display of refreshments. The building is very clean and comfortable. They are respectful of all guests in ensuring the space is quiet and that other guests are staying quiet so everyone can enjoy their stay. The pool is nice but a hot tub would have been a nice feature to have access too.
