PROS: The rooms are clean, tidy, and nice. I liked that there was staff available 24/7 and that they dealt with problems immediately. The room had issues with dying or missing light bulbs, and they immediately replaced them with new ones. Great! The cleaning staff respected my privacy when I put the sign up, and they knocked and asked if anyone was inside when I forgot to put up the do not disturb sign. Great! The breakfast is included, delicious, and is available from 7-something until 10:00 a.m. All of the staff are friendly and are willing to help you (if they are able) if you speak to them with kindness and respect. CONS: The down sides are not really their fault. They are located by the QEW. So there is some noise from the QEW. The rooms are only moderately sound-proof, so you won't hear most things if your neighbours are quiet and talk at a normal volume. If you have noisey neighbours or neighours who talk loudly or blast music, then you will definitely hear them. (I had noisy neighbours on the last night of my stay.) There is (insofar as I could tell) no elevator. So if you have mobility issues, you'll need to make sure you book a room on the ground floor. If you rely on local transit, please be aware that the bus system does not run in that area on weekends and on holidays. The nearest stop to running buses is quite a long walk away. (I also recommend visitors who are staying in Burlington and the GTA to invest in a PRESTO card. It'll save you money.)

Unfortunately, it was quite noisy. I reported it to the fellow at the front desk. He came up twice and requested the various people in the rooms to be quiet. I actually wanted to move rooms but there were none available. (It was so bad I was thinking of leaving but neighbouring hotels were also full) By 10:30 pm the noise lessened and I was able to sleep. It was not the hotel's fault and the desk fellow took action but it was unpleasant.

We are from this area but moved to area near Ottawa about 15 yrs ago. Still come down to Burlington and stay at the Admiral Inn. It convenient, clean, the staff are very friendly and eager to please. The free breakfast is great and always available.

If you need a basic stay then this works. We found the gentlemen working the front desk rude. The room was dirty and in need of some repairs. The toilet had not been flushed and the room smelt like someone literally had just left (like body odour). The sink had what looked like weed in it. The free breakfast was good and the staff working in there were always cleaning around and friendly. It was handy to be able to see your vehicle outside of the room and the location was convenient. The room was very cluttered and made it difficult to move around with the amount of furniture in it. We wont be staying there again.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds and reliable wifi. It is non-smoking however the rooms and hallways had a lingering smoke smell so be aware if that's bothersome. The breakfast was good and staff was helpful. It was priced accordingly and budget friendly. If you have mobility issues, request the main floor. We would return.

This is an older hotel but they do an amazing job of having cleanliness and comfortable rooms and atmosphere! The price is fantastic especially in this day and age. The free breakfast was also very appreciated and delicious. Would highly recommend for anyone who is a bit easier going with just wanted a good place to sleep.

Be aware that they will take a photocopy of your drivers license at check in. In an age of identity theft this is just unacceptable. I asked for it back. Good value as they provided a complementary breakfast. Room had fridge and microwave but the ceiling looked like it needed repair with visible cracks and a damp patch (126).

They put me in a room that was pet friendly without telling me and the heavy deordorized smell was overwhelming. I had to sleep with the sheets over my head. The staff told me they normally don't put people in that section that dont have animals??? WHY would they put me there? And why wouldn't they tell me in advance I will never stay there again!
