The hotel was overbooked but i was charged on my visa after being assured it would not happen. Very unhappy, very unprofessional staff. Expedia never found a hotel for me stay on my birthday. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Lits corrects, plancher sur tapis sale, cuisinette peu attirante, vaisselle peu invitante,, salle de bain .....Tout autant besoin d’entretien ou de rénovation, Je ne recommande à personne et trop cher. I tried to do check in the 15th of august Nobody was there just a phone number to call I called them 4 times no answer i left a message and went to another hotel, i waited for 45 minutes i couldnt wait more because i have a 10 montha old baby, i contact expedia to dont make any charge , it wassnt my fault, expedia contacted the motel, finally get a hold from them, and they were trying to get me back to the motel, but i was already booked in another motel, my baby was already sleeping, so they didnt charged me that night, but they did it 9 days after

While the motel featured tv and free wifi, the kitchenette was okay, missing a fridge, and the bathroom was horrible, with a very old and dingy bathtub/shower that needed some serious maintenance. Worst of all, however, is that the door refused to lock... We had to barricade the door just to feel safe enough to go to bed...

This was the worst place I’ve ever seen that tries to call itself a hotel. A total flop house. Drunks, disabled poor, shirtless old men on the balcony. We paid for the room and then a few hours left out of fear for our safety.

First impression, place looks sketchy. I'm a pretty sturdy traveler, but most people will look at this and say no way. My room was passable, but lobby is nothing but clutter. Door jam to my room had obviously been broken, latch and strike plate are no where near secure (see photos below), including missing security catch. I travel with items I can use to bar a door, otherwise I would have looked elsewhere. I'm surprised Hotels.com features this place.

For starters the outside was very old and run down paint flaking everywhere , bathroom was grosse shower curtain had two feet of mold up the curtain the tub was black like never been cleaned In a year , had a kitchenette well the stove never worked even after I asked owner about it said he would fix and never did there was fruit flies coming outta sink stains all on counter chairs were old and paint flakes tv was vet small internet good luck trying to connect never worked windows never cleaned , everything was dusty beds were hard as a rock and not very professional looking , bed sham was full of stains carpets had many stains and didn’t Look like vacuum in a while all dresser or desk drawers were broken dead bolt did not work , long term resident next door was a drunk with very loud music day and night with beer cans left all over the place outside prostitution was her game on other side was what looked to be like a bunch of junkies hanging out a lot of traffic non stop the owner kept driving around with his loud motorbike early morning and late at night staff was not very warm never offered any room cleaning or to fix anything this place needs to be reported to department of public health and closed down I would never ever recommend this to anyone

Got to the location around 3. office was locked and check in is after 1 pm. Had to call the owner to come check us in. He was a super nice friendly guy which was the only good thing about the establishment. Our room: -Carpet had multiple stains and rips. -Floor under the sink was falling apart. (Fully exposed sunflooe in areas) -kitchen not so bad but all things were not cleaned or very outdated -found a sock and an old lottery ticket under bed (wasnt a winner) -bed sheets seemed clean but all of them had thinning or bleach stains. -Bathroom was FULL of hair, dirt and lord only knows what else. -Shower looks like it was never cleaned -Shower ceiling paint was falling apart -big crack in bathroom wall -dirt and dust everywhere All in all disgusting. Should have asked for refund.

Excellent location, clean bedding and linens, but that's all you can say good about this property. Needs a MAJOR overhaul. Kitchen amenities were scant - stove but no pots or kettle, 4 forks, 1 knife, no spoons, 4 plates. Did have a nice coffeemaker with coffee, milk and sugar supplied. Room had no fridge, so that was an issue - good thing I had a cooler!

The people that look after the place were really nice not always around during the day but other then that that’s all that was good the place is out dated everywhere price was about 25.00 a night more then it was worth the walls are paper thin but in MAJOR need up a total Reno everywhere ...the wifi was great and the location was great as well as far as what you need to get access to

Loud music, drunk customers and tenants around in the parking lot and outside. no kitchen equipment, no coffee maker, couldnt properly shut the bathroom door, generally rough condition, couldn't reach the manager, loud music till 4:30am. Awful.

Did not like one thing. We went to check in and the place looked like something from a horror movie. There was an air conditioner that was almosr falling our of the window and was secured in with rags and a can. There was a buzzer type thing outside office door. We rang it but no one would answer the door. It was locked and we could see inside there was a rag on the floor and a white bottle with no one in sight. Only people were a couple sitting on a picnic table in grass that desperately needed to be mowed. They just sat there and talked amongst themselves as they watched us try to get in the hotel. It really creeped me.our so I left. As I was leaving I called the hotel to ind9rm them I was canceling my booking. The phone rang and rang.. no one answered. That j God I didn't pay upfront

This hotel is not worthy of the Travelocity portfolio--it is completely substandard. If the price seems to good to be true, it is. This hotel is a flop house. Sadly, there are multiple units that appear to have people living in them full-time. Unless you are on an extremely tight budget, I would highly recommend steering clear of this place. Nobody was at the reception desk when we checked in, and nobody responded to our ringing the bell or even calling the hotel phone number. The proprietor only came down after 10 minutes or so, and he looked bedraggled. The room itself was filthy. The bathroom and kitchenette floors were sticky, and there were large, dark stains all over the carpeting. The room had a musty odor. The hotel also misrepresented itself: in the listing they claim that breakfast is included in the price, but it is not. Please be assured that I am not writing this to be vindictive, but to warn other travelers to make other plans.

Very disappointment about service and quality
We could not stayed even one night in this motel. I book 2 non-smoking rooms for 3 nights, when we got there, they asked to pay right away then gave us the keys. We checked both room and found it's fully smell of cigarette and even marijuana, we can see lots of cigarette on the ground in front of motel, because there are plenty of people renting long term in this motel and they have only 5 rooms to rent nightly. We asked for another room but they all are fully smell. We decide to leave and ask for refund because they don't give us the clean room as we book, but they kept running away while asking us to contact to credit card, I was asking for talking to the owner but never got connection. I called to hotels.com to ask for help but get nothing, finally we contact to CIBC credit card and report to the about this issue and they are processing to help me get all refund. Then we went to the Comfort Inn that only 1.5km from there to book 3 nights, Comfort Inn is very nice place to stay, service is so good, breakfast is good at all, coffee and tea is served 24hrs. I'm very angry and disappointment about Wedgewood motel, if anyone don't care about smelly of cigarette and marijuana or people who are living there, just go ahead. Other way, please stay away of them.
