“Nice Hotel”
Hotel was comfortable and affordable. With a great pool.

The hotel is located in a nice area, better then the previous hotel we stayed at which was the Days Inn about 5mins from the Ramada. The hotel staff was super excellent and friendly. This was for our 6th anniversary and I had requested a bottle of champaign waiting in the room and it was no problem to them. The room size and good and the king size bed was lovely. The room was super clean. We did have to switch rooms upon arriving since I had requested a room with a mini-fridge and the first room was missing it though it was suppose to be in there. The pool is great and the slide is a ton of fun, the gym is a decent size but the treadmill seems very loud. Did not try the sauna. The hot tub was nice but it should be located not in the same room as the pool since theres pretty much no privacy. The free breakfast buffet is excellent and alone worth the booking! we had it every morning for the 3 days we stayed. Wish the rooms had a 32" LCD tv instead of a old fat tv. Our room did have a balcony however with a nice view.

I have been to this hotel twice in the past three months. One time for seven days and another time for four days. I was pleased with the hotel and would think twice before using another within the same area.
“Very pleasant and attractive hotel”
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms were attractive, roomy and clean. The restaurant was very good. It is located in a commercial area that is nice but a little out of the way if you are visiting Halifax. But the hotel is a great choice if you don't mind driving back and forth over the bridges.

“A Halifax Treat”
Great service. Provided helpful information, free transportation to and from the "Busker Festival" at the wharf. Had printed maps for attractions in the city and nearby tourist attractions.
“It's not the location....on the other hand”
You get excellent service in a quality hotel but if you are expecting or wanting to be in a greenbelt or on the water, this is not the place for you. It is located in an industrial park, mind you a new park. On the other hand, for a short stay visitor and/or somebody unfamiliar with the area or if you are a business traveller, the location IS excellent because it is conveniently located just off Hwy 118 and is about a 25-30 minute drive to the airport. It is also close to the MacDonald Bridge.

pillows could be better and toilet should be flushed during cleaning of the room(#1).
“Reasonable room”
reasonable room reasonable service, complimentary internet service adequate but tempermental inconvenient have to call in log in ID, should get at check-in for stay. Quality of food in restaurant left something to be desired.
