Il y avait un vaporisateur de vapeur pour dégraisser mon linge. Le dej était excellent. Le personnel courtois. Même un mot et collation de bienvenue dans la chambre. Tout était bien pense et tellement agreable

The rooms are very large with plenty of seating for people. It was also very clean and bright. The only slight issue we had was with the noise coming from the second floor parties. We were told quiet time is at 10 o'clock but the bass and music could be heard in our room until 12:45. It wasn't too loud but loud enough when you are trying to sleep.

The hotel is so elegant and peaceful. The noise is so minimal in your room that you can forget you are in a hotel. The view is lovely. The staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel and property are very clean. Pool and hot tub are very relaxing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Located in a tranquil part of town, the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The check-in process was seamless, and I was impressed by the well-maintained facilities throughout the hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and had an intimate setting, making it ideal for a romantic retreat. I highly recommend choosing a room with a tub or a view if you're planning a romantic stay; however, the rooms on the third floor are also quite comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the Rouge Restaurant, which is attached to the hotel. The service was top-notch, and as a Nigerian, I was delighted to find an Afrobeats playlist adding to the ambiance. The food itself was exceptional, earning a solid 9/10 in my book. The breakfast offered at this hotel exceeded my expectations for a Canadian hotel. The dining area, located on the 16th floor, provided a breathtaking view of the city, enhancing the dining experience. Overall, I would rate my experience at this hotel as a solid 8.5/10. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay with excellent dining options right at your fingertips.

The facilities and staff are superb. The owner is on site and is clearly inspiring the staff to go above and beyond the ordinary in caring for their guests and each other. There is a 5 star look and feel to the business and we hope to return soon.

We had a Wonderful time at the Hotel ascend! Our check in was a breeze with Rezza. Complimentary breakfast are good Also a superb service from Ric! They make sure that food are replenished. Snacks and coffee are always available at 3rd floor. The hotel is new and so elegant. Plus the water in the pool is warm. Biggest room by far compared to other hotel we had stayed in. A sincere hospitality from the staff everyone is friendly.

I loved the 16th floor breakfast location, which had a panoramic view of the area and the breakfast was really good. Definitely not the standard rubber eggs, but tasty, fluffy eggs with all the fixings and wonderful staff. The room was very large and if course super clean. The common areas are very elegant. I loved everything about my stay. Had supper at Le Rouge and if was delicious. And the two for one coupon at the bar was pretty sweet
