Clean hotel near Ferry crossing

Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: Our room next to the was next to stairwell and it was obvious that is was used for smoking. We could smell it in our bathroom.
Location: Just a couple of blocks from the ferry terminal crossing to get over to Halifax.
We were greeted by a friendly staff. He helped us with all the information that we needed!

Pros: Front desk was friendly
Cons: No comment.
Location: Near to Halifax.
Dirty parking area. No modern restaurant. No view as pictured in photos.

Although we do not have a restaurant on property, there are many fantastic options within a very short walking distance to chose from. The view from your room does depend on its location, we do indeed have many that have a lovely harbourview, and others that look out to the city of Dartmouth. I am sorry we did not live up to your expectations, perhaps on a future visit we could arrange to have you booked into a harbourview room. Pros: Would have liked an ocean view.
Cons: Temperature of room was hard to control. No temperature dial to set number amount of temp desired. Had dial for fan or heat and choice was high or lo
Location: Close to pirates cove. great adventure. Close to bridge and shopping.
Check in was not great welcome and I was told to use my sense of direction. Staff change made huge difference and rest of stay was great. Would go again but would request ocean view on sixth floor for non smoking.

Pros: like that all rooms have balconies, coffee maker, fridge and microwave, the underground parking was ver reasonable priced and fairly easy to access.

Pros: I liked the people who served us.
Cons: Temperature in the room. Improve breakfast. It was slow due to line ups and in truth there was only a handful of people.
Location: No comment.
I was warmly received. People were helpful and courteous. The room was average. I had difficulty getting the temperature to be consistent: too hot then later quite cool, then too warm again. Controls on unit less than helpful. I'd come back for the people. Perhaps not for the breakfast. The hotel should probably buy a couple more toasters. (Line ups).
