“There is NO need to stay at any other hotel in Baltimore!!!!”

This hotel will cater to your every need. The room is always clean. If you are staying for a while, they come by every day and take care of the room or whatever you need. If you need to get into Baltimore city, they will recommend and/or call the cab company for you. The beds, room, bath are comfortable (plus fridge, freezer, microwave!). Be careful of the wi-fi, but they will work their bums off to make sure to get it working for you. The hotel service is beyond impeccable! However, the TV channels are not right on, but if you are sitting around watching TV you can do that at home (they do have the weather Channel, 1 HBO and most local stations). I will not stay at any other hotel in Baltimore--I tried it, I left within 2 days and came back here. They make sure to make it feel like you are still at, and as comfortable as, HOME.

“Excellent for the rate”

This was the least expensive motel we could find, and for the price, it was excellent. The room was on the small side, but it had all the ammenities one would want, including a continental breakfast and free computer service. There was a resturant next door, with good service and reasonable prices, and not much else in the area.

“No problems”

The location is not good for anyone travelling without a car...but no problems experienced and it was well worth the small amount that paid for three days....

“Not fancy but quite comfortable - nice staff, great breakfast!”

It's a down home sort of place,not the Ritz. Bathroom clean, but tricky to move water from tub to shower. Air conditioner worked well but front panel kept falling off. Not fancy, but about 1/3 of the price of downtown hotels. Great breakfast! Waffles make your own waffles in real waffle irons. Less than 1/2 mile from #36 bus which goes to City Hall/convention area. Less than 10 min from convention center by car. Nice staff. I really appreciated it!

“Best deal in Baltimore”

I was travelling to the Baltimore DC area at the last minute and could not a find a hotel at a reasonable price until I saw the Quality Inn Harbor South. It was very convenient to the Inner Harbor area attractions and also was easy access to I95 for DC. The staff is excellent and they try to go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast also is great compared to the rate I paid.

“Great for the Price!”

I stayed with a group of my friends for New Years Eve in Baltimore. The rooms were good size for the price, the cleanliness was great, the only thing I didn't love was that the hotel had outside corridors. BUT, the Guest Service Representative at the front desk was sooooooo accomodating that it made up for that. He answered all of our questions, put all of our rooms close together and even called us all cabs. I would defintely recommend this hotel based on that.

“Hotel was adequate”

I had some reservations about staying here because of the mixed reviews on this website. I have to say I did not have a bad time here. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a bad time with breakfast because there was a bus full of kids in there not being chaperoned well. They broke the juice machine and one hungry child even took 6 yogurts to play pyramid with on the table. I was also not impressed with the 25.00 each way cab fare to go out to the inner harbor for dinner. (we were told that parking was limited and 30 to 40 dollars. After arriving at the inner harbor we found lots of metered parking. So much for that information. Now I do have to tell you all that my daughter left her cell phone in the room when we checked out. After driving four hours north she realized this. A quick call to the hotel assured us that they found it and would mail it to us COD. It took 10 days to get it and arrived priorty mail and fully paid for. Thank you to this hotel, the staff for their honesty and the manager that got the phone back to us. I might mention it was a 400.00 phone. I would stay here again if ever in the area.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and it was a very nice one. The hotel is well maintained and staff were extremely friendly. Provide free wireless internet and free shuttle service to downtown and airport(one-way only). I was in a rush when leaving and when I flew back to chicago I realized that I'd forgotten to return the cardkeys, but when I called them they didn't charge me at all and let me keep them. Very deep impression and strongly recommend to everyone visiting Baltimore area!
