“Charm and beauty!”

Great place to unwind! Beautiful location! Though the hotel is aging, it's doing so as one would expect of a great Mercedes Benz. Large airy rooms, though the bath could due an update (time to change the shower curtains), this does very litte to impact of the overall experience. The decore and charm speak for themself. The resturant is excellent! Fantastic breakfast buffet! The grilled sole is to die for! To the chef's credit, the menus selections do not suffer in anyway when delivered as room service. My hat goes off to the wonderful staff for always being friendly, inviting and professional. Overall, the Mercure is a exceptional value and truly a great place to stay.

“Very Impressed”

Lovely location on the edge of a wood on the outskirts of Mons - you must have your own transport as it is some way out of the City. Very comfortable hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff, we can thoroughly recommend it

“Generally good”

Welcome, bar, friendly evening staff and meal all good. Breakfast fine, but check out tedious, since the receptionist seemed unable to print an itemised bill prior to payment. Since this is not acceptable when mixing business and private, I had to handwrite the items so we could then separate the bill. Unnecessarily time-consuming and should be better.
