“decent hotel horrible service”

All i can say is that the service in this hotel was horrible. The concierge was not only rude but mean. When I asked for bell service to help load my bags the concierge told me 10 minutes later that the bell boy couldn't find me loading my own bags in front of the hotel. I stayed there for a full week and was treated badly a few times (specifically by the day shift people)....However the room was in decent shape and there is a good chinese restaurant in the lobby (service was also horrible food was good) i would still not recommend staying there....
