Hi Caitlin, We have a small team and wanted to make sure everyone could spend the holiday with their families. Our staff means a lot to us as does family time. I do wish you would've called as you would've spoken to the owners and they could've helped with any issues. The fireplace does work, but one button is messed up. We haven't been able to find any replacement remotes. The bed is quite new. It was switched from a queen to a king very recently, but we'll check it. Glad to hear you enjoyed the jacuzzi.
