“Horrible Customer Service”

Avoid this place at all costs. There are far better hotels down the street for just a few more dollars a night. I would honestly never suggest this place. I've stayed at lower star hotels and received far better service. Pay just a bit more and stay at either the Courtyard Marriott, Hampton Inn, or Holiday Inn down the street.
