“good hotel”
very good hotel ,short bus ride to city,very good breakfast.Staff excellent,very helpful.
“Nice comfortable hotel with great staff”
The hotel was very comfortable with well kept rooms. Good value for money. Most of all, the staff went out of the way to make the experience even more memorable. Hotel was close to the Canton Fair but just a little fair from downtown Guangzhou.

“Decent Choice for Canton Fair”
Decent restaurant with limited Western choices. Fairly good breakfast buffet included. Rooms are large, clean, and modern. Shuttle bus to and from the Fair. Can't say much about the area but it's a fairly short ride to the Fair. If you're looking for a well priced Western type hotel for a short stay this is a good choice.
“Was good”
Hotel's location is good if you have something to do close to the hotel (less traffic to experience) . Hotel's location is not good to go for a walk or go to other places for tourism (traffic is bad).

Hotel is not near city center, but not far from faire and has shuttle service to faire. reasonable rooms. Reasonable breakfast and restaurant 9 yet some evenings sold out to groups).

the place is nice. close to the expo + they had a shuttle service to and from the expo. however the hotel is far from the other markets and shopping area in guangzhao. a good 30 min drive. people going to guangzhao by bus from HK get down at the first halt for this hotel.
“Very good hotel”
The room was quite small but more than adequate and had a huge king bed with lovely linen. The bathroom was marble with a shower over the bath. Older style hotel but in reasonable repair and clean. Foyer was typical marble but not overstated. Restaurant was generous size and catered well for western and Chinese breakfast. Had a wonderful foot massage place in the hotel which was excellent after many days walking at the Canton Fair. The hotel provided buses to and from the Canton Fair which operated at different times and were a real asset and well managed. The location to the Canton Fair was very close. Took about 15 mins most days. The location of the hotel was in a more local area with a local shopping area very close. However a 10 to 15 min cab ride would get you to more upmarket shops and eating places if that is what you wanted.
“Trade Show ''R and R'' - Very Good Hotel”
I just got back from a Trade Fair, and used this hotel for four reasons. As I had never been to China previously, I felt it was important to compare options available based on 1. Free Room based wired Internet, (free wi-fi is available in the lobby and I was also able to get the wi-fi connection at times in my room, but the wired option was permanent) .2. Proximity to Pazhou Complex (10 mins with hotel free shuttle service, morning and night), 3. Breakfast Included (one good guaranteed meal, with some western items on the menu) and 4. 4star option at a good price. I am assured that most of the hotels at this rating are good in China. The evening meal was also good quality, and although expensive by Chinese standards, was a full buffet option with soft drinks and coffee also, for a very, very reasonable price by western standards. The room I chose was the cheapest option, a superior with twin beds, and whilst being on the 15th floor the excellent A/C and triple glazed window kept me cool and noise free all night. Clean room,comfortable bed, blackout curtains and TV with film and sport channels in English. Reception Staff always courteous and at least one of the three on duty at all times spoke english. They provided directions to a local attraction, WITH a pre-printed card which says.. ''please take me to'' and then populated it with the place you want to visit with the Chinese written word, so that your taxi driver knows where to go, without you say a word.
