Check-in: Everything was smooth, just when booked the hotel room, there was no notification that the pool is not available. The hotel employee was kinda arogant and didnt want to make up for that mistake, after insisted on something, he finally agreed to do something. When we came back from our city trip, there was nothing left in our room, no breakfast voucher or anything. After calling the reception we got a fruit platter served to the room. Better than nothing but that always going behind the things and that they dont do what they promise. Thats not 5* hotel like! The pool could be used at Park Hyatt around 600m from the Grand Hyatt, but need booking in advance etc. thats not relaxing. Room: The room itself is already aged, furnitures have many marks of usage. Also the electronical equipment is old. The bathroom was clean, as far as I could see. The bed was very comfortable. but there are two light left and right from the bed. And they shine red all night long, it would be okay, but its directly on your head, so its never really dark. Room delivery: we ordered water bottles to the room and took time. Around 8 min later the water was delivered. I think thats average time, but still okay. What was a bit disappointing was the coffee. A 5 star hotel offering instant coffee instead of a real coffee machine (Nespresso) is nowadays rare. Overall it was a good experience since we got good sleep
