“Wonderful customer service”
My wife and I went for a four-day trip to the Four Seasons Costa Rica and we could not have been happier with our hotel selection. The rooms were very well appointed and luxurious. We had a garden view room but could see and hear the waves upon the beach. Since the hotel is on a peninsula, a beach is never more than a few steps away from the hotel room. The hotel had some wonderful activities at no added cost. We took advantage of the kayaking adventure, where a guide took a group of us across the gulf to a beach that had a spectacular view of the area. It was two and a half hours long and they provided plenty of water to drink. They also had snorkeling, cooking classes, etc. Our day at the hotel's pools was wonderful. Someone would come every half hour with some complimentary refreshment, whether it was a fresh cold towel, a frozen drink sample, popsicles, etc. It was wonderful. And that was the type of customer service we found around the whole resort. We would definitely return.
“When is my return visit???”
The Four Seasons Costa Rica was an excellent place to visit. The people were exceptional and the service was great. There were a large amount of expereinces offerred by the hotel and the food was awesome. Although we went during Costa Rica's rainy season, we would chose to take our vacation at the same time again. This allowed us to have a more personal visit with the staff and enjoy the quietness offerred by the resort. Overall, it was a great place to go to relax, enjoy the great food and get away from the everyday life.
“Peaceful Escape”
Perfect place to relax and recharge---amazing staff-- Will definitely return to a little slice of paradise
“Relaxing andEnjoyable”
Fabulous resort, great golf opportunity! Enjoyed exploring and many outdoor activities such as swimming, kayaking, the river, canopy tour and much more! Where can you golf with Iguana and monkees on the golf course with you!!! Hotel amenities were exceptional!
“Heaven on Earth !”
I loved every aspect of the Four Seasons Costa Rica. I stayed at the Four Seasons in Costa Rica for 15 days and so I spent sufficient time there to enjoy every aspect of this impeccable, beautiful and wonderful hotel. The food is outstanding. The rooms are so lovely and huge. My room had a beautiful screened porch that overlooked the Pacific Ocean. I loved everything about this hotel and I will return to it. I have stayed at 5 star hotels all over the world -- The Four Seasons in Costa Rica was by far the greatest hotel experience I have yet had. I loved this hotel - the service was outstanding - the food was excellent - the accommodations lovely – in total it was a superb experience.
“Amazing”
We stayed at the Four Season in August 2011 for 3 nights. The hotel/resort was amazing. The service was impeccable. There are plenty of free activiities for you to participate in if you don't feel like leaving the resort but don't want to sit around the pool/beach. We would not hesitate to recommend the Four Seasons to anyone. The restaurants are probably a little on the more expensive side for Costa Rica (lunch was probably about $15-25 and dinner entrees were probably about $25-45) but the quality of the food was great and portions were large.
“Great Hotel”
Facility is awesome. Staff are great - really want to make your visit as good as possible.
“Luxury Accommodations and Outstanding Service”
Fantastic resort with exceptional service. Wonderful facilities and food. Resort provided multiple activities, many of which were free of charge. Great place for a couple or family.
“Perfection”
It has been years since we have taken a vacation, so I wanted it to be a perfect, private getaway for the whole family. When perfection is required, the Four Seasons is the only option in Costa Rica. Every aspect of our vacation, every moment, every interaction, was perfect. There wasn't a moment that me and my family weren't served to the highest standard of quality. The peninsula community that surrounds this property is absolutely gorgeous. For fitness-centric vacationers, there are numerous opportunities to get moving (free and paid fitness classes and hikes of all sorts), with one caveat: there is really no place to take a long run. The terrain is genuinely treacherous (hence many spectacular vistas), but not suitable for runs. They have a beautiful golf course trail, but the staff recommends against runners using it. This is unfortunate since the course is nearly deserted every day. Instead, we did hills one morning (not hard to find!) and it was brutal. I opted for running on the beach after that, which is a short stretch so you end up going back and forth. Our memories of our Costa Rican vacation will be a nice blend of beautiful moments, many the natural by-product of the locale, and many others a result of the warm and professional staff of the Four Seasons.
“Great”
All good, from the transfer from the airport to the stay at the hotel and back!
