the hilton is nice and secluded and you get more for your money than you will ever know, the service is impecaple anove all standards.

“really wonderful stay”

I was very impressed with the staff and amenities. Our initial room was not wht I had imagined and the staff promptly moved us to a better location. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast in the Executive lounge was excellent. The only complaint was the AYCE seafood buffet. It was over-priced and not all that good.

“First time to Visit Guam and this Hotel”

Well upon our arrival we were booked into the room by the Garden, we had asked if we could get a ocean view room instead. The hotel staff went out of their way to get us into this beauitful ocean view room without any addition charges. We enjoyed 17 days during our visit. As to the room it was cleaned every day and was well maintained by the house keepers. All the staff from the front desk and all throughout the hotel were very friendly and were always willing to take care of our needs. The food they served was out standing. As to the swimming pools we spent endless hours there the view of the gardens and ocean made us relax and our mind so peacefull. I would recommend this hotel to all who would have a chance to visit Guam. I know I will be going back again. That's for sure. As to what I didn't like about this hotel. Well it was having to leave...I have nothing to complain about my stay there. My stay there I will always remember it was Beautifull. I never did a review on hotels before. But this review I had to do because I was very impress not only with the Hotel. But most impress with the Staff. They treated my family and I as we were apart of their Family. We look forward to going there again very soon.

“It was perfect”

I was stayed at Tasi 5 days. First walked in to the room , we're so happy with our anniversary decoration, free champagne , scenery. everything was more than 100%. Complementary blackfast, staff smile, clean bed everything was perfect. But , I've had problem with restaurants there. First day, we went buffet and order cocktail for my wife. Guess what , She found fly in cocktail. She was so upset almost got sick. Manager came apologized and didn't charge for cocktail. Next day, we went fisher restaurant order for lobster and steak but It wasn't better than I cooked, only price. After that I had to dining at other restaurant except Hilton. I strongly suggest Hilton hotel.

my wife and i were really satisfied with the hotel service and hospitality. the staff were accomodating and helpful with all our needs. the locayion of the hotelis perfect for us.

“Wonderful location !”

I was very pleased with this hotel. It has wonderful pools for lap swimming, looking at the ocean view over the edge of the infinity pool, plus a couple options for kids--and are open for adults 24/7. Don't make the mistake I did by not ocean swimming until the last day. I have never felt like I was swimming in a salt water aquarium until that morning. The tropical fish within yards of the hotel beach were absolutely incredible! The views over Tumon Bay are beautiful. It was a bonus that on two different occasions there were full rainbows spanning the bay. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I am glad that I rented a car and the staff helped me to identify places that were must see's around Guam. I definitely recommend this hotel.

“Tres agreable hotel!”

Tres agreable hotel, avec un personnel tres souriant et aux petits soins. Par contre, une trentaine de chaises longues a la piscine principale pour autant de chambre n'etaient pas suffisant. Tres souvent impossible de s'y installer, a moins de les reserver a 8h du matin.

“Impressive Customer Service”

The hotel more than compensated the few glitches in the system and undelivered service I encountered during my last stay hence, I will definitely stay there when I go back. They have very nice pools as well.

“Guam Hilton Hotel”

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. The customer service was great. The restaurant was awesome. Every Friday night there is a dance club at one of the hotel restaurant to dance the night away.

“Hilton Guam Nice Place”

The hotel was clean and comfortable. My room was on the end and had a nice view of the bay. I used the pools and the restaurants, the bar keeps in the tree lounge were always attentive. Close enough to see everything, far away from the crazyness of the main strip.
