We had a good stay, but a large amounts of conventions that went on across the street at the Guadalajara Expo. The traffic was heavy to get in and out. Groups of young people gathering in the lobby and lobby bathroom were common, they didn’t seem like they were staying there. The Starbucks was nice to have in the lobby, The bathroom was awesome! The food was too gourmet, can I just get a plain burger, please. The beds were comfortable, but the doors slammed shut too loudly, it was a circus every morning hearing the doors one after another. The rooms were cleaned and service was excellent. I would consider coming again, but might reconsider because of all the commotion across the street

This hotel is fantastic. They have one of the BEST restaurants in the city. The rooms are spacious and have everything one could need: amazing beds, excellent bathrooms, amenities, and room service.

Was a bad experience booking through the TRIVAGO and EXPEDIA. I choose WESTIN , because comfort and quality , and also took time looking hotel with breakfast included , i am almost sure that , this was offered when i made reservation . Unfortunately , did not check when confimation arrive . At the Hotel found that it was not included . Quite disappointing to pay $ 30 for a breakfast buffet

The staff overall was friendly. We had breakfast most mornings and the buffet was not the best, the wait staff was not very attentive. The room lacked cleanliness and was a bit tired and in need of a remodel. The towels were rough and the shower pressure was light. The hotel looked great in pictures but not so much in person. Not sure I would stay here again may look for something closer to the center of Guadalajara.

Everything was nice on the property. The only thing that i didn't like was the parking. Hotel personal had to go open to get in or out. It took a few minutes for personal to open.

The Westin has been my go-to hotel when visiting GDL due to its location and comfort for years. On this recent stay, weekend trip, the hotel had no HOT water, Saturday nor Sunday. When I brought it up to the attention of check-in staff I was told upon my check-in the day prior I was given a notice of no hot water and that a notice was placed in my room, neither of which was true, deceitful. Had I received an actual notice of no hot water I would immediately relocate to another hotel, no questions asked. When paying the Westin rate hot water should never be an issue and if it is ALL guests should be properly informed and proper arrangements should be made by hotel management to keep guests satisfied. Overall, disappointed as other hotels strive to keep guests satisfied and returning.

It smelled like a Westin. I expected it to have aspects of the Westin in Puerto Vallarta. We are senior citizens and tourists. There was no concierge so C laudia who was lovely helped us navigate.Otherwise, nothing special.

We exhibited at the expo hall across the street. So, the location was perfect. The area surrounding the hotel was very limited in alternative dining and things to do.
