“Good hotel in Guadalajara!!!...”

Good hotel to stay at, very nice rooms and good restaurant "BICE"...

“Decent hotel, Decent price”

Nice location,few blocks from shopping centers,no coffee in rooms,great bathroom,especially shower.

“Impressive”

It was a nice cosy room, but there is a bar in the hotel and the music was too loud, we were right next to it.

“Good quality for reasonable cost”

nice hotel and rooms. Restaurant was not very good though.

“Could Be Better”

The hotel still looks new and the facilities were ok. However, the towels appeared to be worn-out, a bit rough to use. Communication with people in-charge (e.g. manager on-duty, supervisor) was also a bit hard. Colleagues had some problems with laundray and some services and nobody seems to be able to answer their questions.

“Dirty room”

The hotel is starting to show its age, the room was dirty upon arrival and the carpets need shampooing. Other than that the hotel is well located, it has good internet conection and gym and a decent restaurant. However I will probably consider an alternative hotel before booking again with them.

The hotel is on a good location, but it the carpet of my room was very dirty, overall good service.

“A Good and Clean hotel..”

The hotel is very clean and the room too. The restaurant is perfect and very good ! I recommend you the margaritas! the best ones ! The only stuff that I really didn't like was the lobby people ! They gave us a room (smoke) was wrong and stinky! we had to wait for them to find another room..slow people!!! they always was so long and didn't speak English. it sucks ! everything was really ok only the staff at the lobby.

“Good location, disappointing service”

New hotel right next to the convention center. Unfortunatelly the service does not match up to the level the hotel wants to be.

“Not Impressed”

You have to pay for the water at the room and one of hte bell boys told me that we have to pay for the parking lot!! I booked a non smoking room and gave a smoking roon, they changed the room and after 5 min the front desk lady call me ato ask if hte room was empty, if there were things (luggage) from aother people. Obviusly nothing was there, but what the h..ll!!!
