all the staff there was extremly courteous, always ready to help. Hotel location was extremly convinent there are a few museums near by, and lots of shopping. Visit the hotels Resturant it is on the very last floor roof top, beautiful scenary

Staff was very friendly.Hotel was clean and nice.Staff made sure I was comfortable,brought me bottled water everyday of my stay,came to my room to see if anything was needed of me.i was upgraded to a suite.Very nice,very clean,very spacious.location is great.

This hotel in Guadalajara is comparable to typical US hotel standards. I would stay at this place again. Its at a good location and close to downtown area.

Contrary to reports of a couple yrs. ago, I experienced no shady activity and enjoyed the place. A bit noise up front, but for a city location, not to bad.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The service was great and the people were friendly. It was also a great location centrally located in Guadalajara. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

If you are expecting 5 stars then this is not your hotel. For me it was extremely affordable, adequately comfortable, and well-located in the downtown area. It wasn't perfect but the downsides wouldn't prevent me from returning. My room overlooked a busy sidestreet and the sounds wafted upward but only during the daytime. At night it was quiet. The room had a small desk, television and coffeemaker however no coffee was provided. The television only received about 15 stations. I would have preferred a nice stuffed chair but the only place to sit besides the bed was the desk chair. The staff was accommodating and very nice. Not all were bi-lingual but there was always somebody around who spoke English and could help me out.
