I needed a favor because I was assaulted on Dec 04 two people approached me after I withdraw money from an ATM with a gun so I did give them all the money I had. So when I told the manager of the hotel what happened and I ask if they will let me stay for 10 days because of my direct deposit from SS arrived on Dec 29th I offer to give the manager my american passport and told hem that I was an American Citizen and I was going to contact the American consulate to ask for help. He refused and I know he had the right to said no but at least be polite. Another thing the tv didn't work most of the time the toilet broke and it took for somebody to fix it almost 1 full day. I will not recommend this hotel to nobody is just my opinion.

Got charged and addition 1000 pesos because the room advertised wasnt the room they gave me and on top of that it didn’t even have a kitchenette like it says it does. Had throw away most of food cause we couldn’t cook it

Very Nice rooms in a hotel that is under a major renovation. Saturday and Sunday mornings are ok but the weekdays are excessively noisy because ongoing construction work within the hotel itself. No restaurant and no breakfast.

Beware construction 7 days a week.
I've stayed s few times, but my last visit was marred by construction on my arrival and departure, including loud noise Sunday morning st 9 am.

Room had none of the amenities offered, beds were very uncomfortable, site was under construction and there were bugs in the room. The carpet was filthy, smelly and really old.

Air conditioning wasn't working most of the time. Everyone entering the lobby could see inside my room cause there was a huge window to the lobby (?)!!! No laundry room, breakfast wasn't available every day, and they even close the main entrance at 11PM, even though they're open 24/7! Worst experience ever.

Decent and economical
It's an economical hotel, in a great location, with basic services. Everything is basic, but the a/c is hard to control with the controls they give you. I will return to this hotel only because it's a good bargain when arriving late at night or early morning and you don't want to spend a lot on room you use for a few hours.

Congested parking and misguided reservation
I booked a Suite but the hotel representative made me stay in a normal room since there were no suites available. Didn't like their behavior - poor hospitality of the staffs!!

A little less for the price.
Beds are not confortable. Restaurant is clean and has nice service, but half of what we asked from the menu was not available. Room cooling system had an on-off button with no chice of managing temperature.

It was alright, had a nice little balcony and little kitchenette , the bathroom however did not have very good venting system. Hotel was nice. Location was kind of far from the center. It cost between $6-10 in a taxi to the city center.

Good Value
Have stayed there before. Good customer service with clean rooms and convenient location to major streets. There is a 24 hour pharmacy/store three buildings down and is very convenient for travelling essentials, snacks, and beverages. We arrived early after a long flight and they let us check in early without a fuss or extra charges. It is not a 5 star hotel by any means (the mattress was a little firmer than I prefer) but certainly a great value. I would definitely stay ther again. They have a wide variety of rooms for varying tastes and needs (a simple room to s full suite). Highly recommended.

This hotel is one of my favorites in Guadalajara! quick and easy to get to from Puerto Vallarta, and very centrally located, also close to some very nice restaurants. The rooms are quiet, clean and have plenty of room the terraces are nice to sit at and chat with loved ones.
