The resteraunt and bar were closed. Limited resteraunts close by The taxis and other public transportation were close and very helpful. Needed another blanket at night but my fault for not asking for one. Would stay there again as location was excellent and just what we were looking for

Good hotel near the cathedral, lots of dinning options nearby and very walkable. The elevator was a bit sketchy and seemed unsafe but the rooms and the rest of the hotel were nice.

From the beginning there was no AC. no Signal on the TV the room smells old. The sliding door broken. No FREE BREAKFAST LIKE IT SAID ON THE APP NO ROOM SERVICE EITHER. we can not even call out side. Bad service. I want my refund

Front desk staff very very rude, races, inconsiderate. We had to move four times because the first rooms was not ready. Didn’t have no electricity, the condition Didn’t work, smell like smoke very bad and bathroom flooded, fleas in the room They didn’t apologize or offer any discount or upgrade nothing staff was so rude because we complain about this matters that it was not our fault it was the hotel, we will never stay there again because of the staff in the condition of the hotel .

Move four times 4 different rooms in each room. Had something wrong with the room lights didn’t work smell like smoke, air conditioner didn’t work , window didn’t close bathroom flooded and we waited too long for maintenance to come fix it and we waited for a remote control that never came, called the reception they don’t answer so we have to go down every single time to let them know what’s going on, I didn’t go to sleep till midnight. Can you do something about it or will be moving out tomorrow? Is super late it is and we’re so tired. Every time they move us, they give us a smaller room.

The rooms are large and . And clean and the more in important are so nice and helpful are the best customer service the front desk super super nice .and the do helping me to fix my reservation and more .I am very pleased to stay here. Also the prices are great

Very friendly staff. The service was awesome and anything we needed, they took care of us all the time. The downside to it is that the Hotel is outdated and the beds are hard. Couldn’t get much sleep due to the tossing and turning because the beds were so uncomfortable. Unless they change their beds, I don’t think I would stay there again.
