This is an excellent property!! It is so clean and the pool area is fantastic. They also had an excellent breakfast. Without hesitation we would stay here again.

The rooms are so bad that it is worse than a 2 star hotel that we stayed the night before. Very dimp lighting and dated, feel like its not been renovated for more than 20 years! Very bad room amenities, no hot water kettle, shampoo and soap is worse than a 2 star hotel.

I expect glass and not plastic staff on 4 stars hotell,.The mirrov has to be changed and the support for the toalett paper was not proper assemblera. I think that this is time to update the roomy. From outside so looks ewerything fantastic

Nice hotel but poor service
Service for dinner in the restaurant on the first night was terrible. Food at breakfast was good but had to wait for tables to come free, 15 minutes one morning, and then left with no cutlery. Shortage of cups, plates on buffet and food running out and having to wait at buffet for up to 10 minutes to be replaced.

Very very small showers for tall and short people! Staff is not overly friendly and we has to pay to acess the beach club but it was beautiful beachfront. Very very unique setting in a natural pine forest

Hotel is probably the nicest in Grosetto. But unless you have to be Grosseto I would move on. I've been throughout Italy, this was my least favorite spot. Hotel was fine, but nothing special.

Superb spa experience -loved our stay in every way
We were delightfully surprised on all aspects of this hotel. The staff were welcoming, even allowing us to leave our car parked out front for several hours upon check in .The spa facilities and pool are beyond words - truly magnificent! The location was one block from the beach - which itself was far superior to what we expected - full sand and services. The breakfast at the hotel was very good too. Highly recommend this hotel and location. Family friendly. Mostly Italians stay here - many with well-behaved children.

The hotel has awesome pool. It is close to the beach. The hotel has private beach (surcharge for the beach chairs). We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

On the way to become a great spa hotel !
This is a brand new hotel - so much as we were the first ones to use the outside pool - The spa facilities were not yet available neither the indoor pool-spa. Staff were extremely nice and helpfull but not as numerous as would be expected but they just opened recently. Given a few weeks-months of experience, it will be a very nice hotel. Location is at the fartest end of the street and technology with the garage electric gates needs some tuning. Other than that we were very satified.

Ho soggiornato per 4 gg in questo albergo con mia figlia. In albergo ci siamo trovate molto bene sia colazione che la camera e tutto ben pulito, anche la piscina termale è ottima. Un unico grosso punto a sfavore è stata la SPA e il centro estetico, avevo prenotato per una manicure e pedicure più lo smalto semi permanente. È stato un vero disastro, non avevano strumenti professionali totalmente disorganizzati e ben 2 ragazze non all’altezza di una semplice manicure e pedicure. Dopo 3 ore sono uscita con unghie distrutte e non voglio continuare, è tutto al costo di 85 € che dopo il mio disappunto è stato scontato di 15 €! Non andate in quella spa!!!

Siamo spiacenti che i nostri servizi spa non abbiano soddisfatto le sue aspettative. Tuttavia, effettuare una rimozione su un' unghia fragile e già danneggiata, può richiedere tempo proprio per non compromettere ulteriormente l'unghia stessa. Cercando di soddisfare le sue esigenze in merito alla forma dell'unghia e cercando di tutelarne lo stato di salute ( già compromesso ancor prima di effettuare la rimozione ) abbiamo impiegato maggiore tempo per la manicure. Se avesse fatto presente durante la fase di Trattamento che avvertiva "sofferenza" alle unghie, avremmo adottato sicuramente un criterio di lavoro diverso. Le ricordiamo gentilmente che il costo di 85 comprende la rimozione del gel, la manicure con l'applicazione del semipermanente e il pedicure e che le sono stati tolti 15 relativi alla rimozione di cui ha reclamato il servizio. Da ultimo, possiamo garantirle che le nostre attrezzature sono idonee alla nostra struttura così come l'ampia scelta di smalti che variano di diversi colori. La ringraziamo per il tempo che ci ha dedicato e speriamo di rivederla per poter soddisfare le sue richieste in futuro. Un saluto da tutto lo Staff

Alcuni spazi, come le terrazze e i prati, potrebbero essere sfruttati meglio. Personale addetto alle pulizie molto cordiale ed efficiente, un po' freddi alla reception.

Nur kaltes Wasser im Zimmer am Morgen = sehr erfrischend!!! Fernseher: kein Programm funktioniert - auch nicht nach Intervention des Hotels. Riesiges Teller mit „Brioche con marmellata“ - aber leer. Auf Anfrage? Ist nicht mehr da …. 🤔 Das Mineralwasser wird aus einmal benutzbaren kleinen Plastikbechern getrunken. Gläser gibt es nicht. Umweltverständnis = nicht genügend.

Ternario fantastico, la camera per essere un 4 stelle un po’ deludente, fredda e un po’ umida. In bagno avevamo solo saponette e shampo doccia 2 in 1 non c era balsamo e nemmeno crema corpo. Servizio accappatoi per la spa a pagamento non segnalato. Tantomeno sono stata avvertita che avrei potuto portarmi da casa i miei teli o accappatoi per non pagare il noleggio. Ristorante usufruito a colazione eccezionale.

Sono anni ormai che andiamo a fare weekend in questa struttura. Per noi ormai una certezza di benessere e tranquillità, dovuta dalla gentilezza e cordialità del personale, dalla pulizia delle camere e della struttura, ma anche da una stupenda SPA. Ottima per qualità, varietà e quantità la colazione. Continueremo ad andarci. Consigliatissima!!!!!
