Overbooked

The hotel was overbooked. We were given the key to another guest's room late at night and walked in on a very frightened man trying to sleep. When we returned to the front desk we were told they had no other vacancies and had over sold.

The service was OUTSTANDING!!! The rooms and bathrooms were a little dated, but slept well the night we were there. Great location to all the action around. Watch out for the golf carts....

Pros: cleanliness
This was an enjoyable two-night stay. My only complaint was the make-your-own breakfast for $8.95 and it was not worth the cost.

I gave this hotel a low rating because I had car trouble on the day of my reservation. I contacted the hotel and tried to change it or cancel it. They didn't vibe me a refund or change my reservation. I understand that there is protocol that they have to go by but because I didn't contact them the day before letting them know they couldn't do anything. I'm very dissatisfied with their service. I didn't plan to have car trouble. I will not be recommending this hotel to any of my friends.

Staff was friendly. Room very clean and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful. I felt like I was in a restaurant with the wonderful service from the attendant. Will definately stay here again.

Too far from Interstate; Nasty

To be such a young hotel, this hotel was dirty and worn. The toilet tissue holder was rusty. There was dog hair all over the floor. Not good when you have small children. The floor in the bathroom was cracked and the grout was dirty. Overall I was not pleased. Very glad it was only for one night!!!
