This is a nice hotel in a neighborhood setting that is convenient to local shopping and dining. The hotel, including my room, was very clean, quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

IHG PTC is a really nice hotel. The walkable aspect is why I chose. A nice shopping center with number of stores, restaurants and postal service all within a 5 minute walk from hotel. Also offers shuttle and golf carts to use. Keep up the great job!

The desk clerk was friendly. The hotel and area are very safe and quiet. Our room was comfortable. The room was a bit worn and needed to be vacuumed. The fridge didn't cool down. Not the best hotel experience.

I would definitely rate this hotel a 8.5 .the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean the only negatives were there were some spots where it looked like they needed to be painted and no coffee in the room. But they did have coffee,snacks in the lobby overall a very nice hotel

I like the staff so nice helpful make you feel very welcome I would recommend anyone to stay here and they would be pleased. I’m sure of it….

Rooms were over priced, breakfast was overpriced, short staffed, poor lighting in parking lot, never cleaned my room, most hotels have free breakfast…. For the price of the room there should have been breakfast in bed! I will say the coffee was good! Don’t think I will return…
