Perfect location for enjoying the beach. Easily walkable to restaurants along the beach. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This was our second time staying at this hotel, both stays were wonderful, we will be back.

I enjoyed my time at the Radisson very clean and beautiful resort. Staff was very helpful and professional. The room I stayed in had sliding doors leading to an outdoor patio area. The sliding doors were difficult to open and close.

It started out that even though I had made reservations 5 months before my travel they still cancelled my reservation and put me in a dump as substitute it was disgusting. After a day I had someone try to get me a room at Radisson hotel and eventually we were able to. But the initial experience was bad enough

The property is nice and clean. The rooms are big and comfortable. The beach is nice as well as the pool area. The service at the restaurant or bars, that’s a different story. You will wait and wait for your food order and it will be cold there is no way around that. Also good luck getting a server to come back and check on you. If need anything you will have to go get it. The breakfast is not bad. Good thing there are other restaurants and a supermarket across the street or near by that you can walk to.

Housekeeping was terrible. Not changing sheets.... not cleaning the bathroom. Upgrade wasnt given even we complained about roaches and bugs coming thru the broken creases in the door daily.

Travelling with 3 kids, Radisson is perfect. They love the pool and the relaxed feel of the resort. The food is really good although there could be a bit more Caribbean variety sometimes. It's clean, well kept greenery, family-friendly activities, and the staff really friendly, helpful and timely. Our room had a half door bath design which I thought made it a bit messy to maintain with the shower but otherwise everything else was great. Will definitely come again 🙂

Front desk is great . Pool is lovely . Food and drink service is slow and they have trouble with the concept of a tab and randomly ask for a credit card to keep on file and run a authorization…, when they already have it on file at the front desk . You are required to sign for free breakfast each morning. Great location.

It was a terrible check in. My husband and I got at the hotel at 2:30. We were told our room was not ready. We came back at 3:30 and we were told that our room still was not ready and we had to wait because the flight crew that just came in had to be given rooms first. We stood at the front desk waiting as they gave over five crew members rooms. We finally got a room at 4:30! We were ignored and made to feel less than. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and had dinner reservations at 5:00. We had less than half an hour to dress and get to our appointment. Overall it was a terrible experience!

The restaurant for breakfast overlooks the beach and during a sold out period the hotel did not feel crowded Beach and poolside chairs were plentiful with no need to reserve a chair early in the morning like other resorts.

Overall the place is in very very poor condition if you’re going by the pictures, please don’t read all the reviews ,everyone experiences might be different ,front desk staff unprofessional & unorganized.The beach and scenery was the most beautiful part of it.

The beach was beautiful, resort was nice but not great, rooms were mediocre. Clean -ish but with lowered attention to detail. Service in the restaurant was so slow, over an hour to 2 to get food was the regular timing. Going to Umbrellas restaurant, the service would be normal pace. Prices at the resort were gougy. When our flight was delayed we were told to get extended check out, even by 1 hour the cost is $180 US BANANAS.

The property itself is lovely. The pool with two waterfalls and evening lights was fun for the family. Operationally they need to improve the following: 1. Check out: time consuming and archaic processes. They do not have the bills printed or ready and it took 40 minutes at the counter during my turn to check out for just 1 night. Insanely long! 2. Late check out option: had they made a more reasonable late check out fee (currently $182 USD) they could alleviate the very long line during check out (1.5 hour line wait to check out).

The property was beautiful and clean. Landscaping gorgeous. The pool was fabulous. Access to the beach was awesome. The staff was so friendly and could not do enough for us. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.
