Nice stay! They were having some TV issues but we had our iPad so just used it. They were very nice and said they would give us some points for the issue
I've stayed at the Hampton Inn in Easley on multiple trips when visiting family in the area. It is convenient and located near a variety of restaurants. It's clean, the staff is courteous and the free hot breakfast is generally good for a simple quick option versus a local restaurant. As of February 2023 they accept pets (with a fee) which is great as previously I had to choose lesser quality places when traveling with my dog.
Rooms are very spacious and clean beds were comfy and clean overall good choice we will stay again

The only problem we had was a plumbing issue….the bathtub leaked water all over the bathroom, foyer, closet floors and also a small area by the bed. We were unable to use the tub or shower for the remainder of our 2 day stay. Your front reception desk staff member, Sarah did a great job in helping us with the entire situation and even offered the second night free of charge. Excellent response! Thanks, Sarah!

Really enjoyed my 2 night stay here. The employees were very friendly, especially the young man who checked me in (I believe his name was Chance). Very quiet, clean, and comfortable.
I was so blessed by my stay at Hampton Inn Easley. Chance at the front desk was such a gift, and provided incredible service. So professional, responsive, and considerate of all hotel guests. He truly made a short visit a beautiful stay. Thank you so much, Hampton Inn Easley and Chance, so grateful for a wonderful stay.

Great service, Chase took care of my check in, added my Hilton rewards, fast and easy. Best check in ever. Quiet room, BLACKOUT SHADES!!! Good shower, clean, nice updated room, USB outlets, nice TV. Good wifi. Top 5 stays ever.
We are moving to the area and needed a place to stay. This was an exceptional place. The staff couldn’t have been any better. Always polite, willing to help, kind, friendly, and like family.
Staff was friendly, helpful, and respectful. We asked a maid to replace our towels and clean the bathroom. She did this to our complete satisfaction. Front desk were professional, accommodating, and friendly. Breakfast staff were very nice and prompt in replacing food items when the quantity became low. The only complaint we had was the quality of the breakfast options could have. Een better. were

Comfortable hotel, but in need of some clean up
Chance at the registration desk was super nice and accomodating allowing us to park underneath the porto cochere during a rain storm while we waited for family to arrive.

Everything was good. The only minor thing was that the tub didn’t drain fast enough during a shower in the morning so it built up some water in the tub where you were standing. It is likely slightly clogged since it’s a shower drain. Easy fix for them. Everything else from linens to the room to the staff was great. Would use again definitely.

I checked in around 10:30pm. Unfortunately, the clerk at the desk could only offer a room with a king bed on 2nd floor. I reserved a two queen bed, 1st floor, near the exit room. I made reservation over 5 weeks ago and paid for the room at that time.
Also, she had to pull out instructions on how to enter my credit card in the system. It took over 15 minutes to check in and I was the only person in lobby at that time of night. I don’t know why she was having such difficulty.
Next, the bedding smelled bad. It was like a musty body odor. The pillows smelled too. The pillows were too flat even though there were 4 pillows I couldn’t prop my head up.
The comforter was scratchy and stinky. It may be time to get new, fresh linens.
I have stayed at this hotel a few times and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately, this was not the best.
Not sure I will come back to this hotel when I visit family.

I was at Easley for training and there are only three hotels in the area. This Hampton Inn is the only one I found with interior entrance for the rooms. It was very nice and very well kept. The staff was very nice, and they offered a complimentary snack upon check-in. I was disappointed that they do not clean the rooms daily unless requested. I only stayed for two nights so it wasn't a big deal.
The free wifi worked well. I was able to stream Netflix. The breakfast was typical with other hotels that offer free breakfast.
Overall it was a nice stay.

Perfectly fine if you need to stay in the area, not sure it was worth the rate I booked in advance through Hotels.com, wish I would have checked rates closer to my stay.
