Minimum Accommodations
Low-cost lodging that provides the bare minimum. No carpet on the floor made it cold and slippery without socks. The pillows were tiny and the bedding was not adequate.

That if you need something, they are right there with it. We didn't have a Coffee pot in our room. We requested one and immediately got 1 in the staff is just the sweetest people in the world. We will always stay at the spice as long as it stays like it it's

Nice but check it was slow
Check in was S...L...O...W. even though no one was in front of me. She had nearly enough time to watch an entire sitcom on that TV / computer screen she was navigating. although I had reservations so all of the information was already in there. Maybe it's just a sign of the times. Life spent entirely on a computer screen, very little in the real world.

Extremely Dirty
Got there and had to check in thru a glass (not inside at 8pm.) Our room was on the second floor, when we went inside it was dirty! Dried blood on comforter with hair all over, pulled back the sheets and dried blood smeared. I went downstairs and got a fresh set of sheets and made the bed myself. The bathroom still had someone’s soap and shampoo in the shower. Hair all over the floor, mirror was not cleaned.

When you make third party reservation, property do not have your personal payment information. 3rd party would pay with virtual card. There for all hotels collects incidental fees, which is a normal practice for hospitality industries. I'm sorry if you had any misunderstanding and hope this would clarify for the future reservations.

Room was very nice , except for the tv. Very good bed. Room was clean. Check-in very slow due to clerk said they were dealing with a “new system.” When I got to room I could not get the tv to work. I talked to the night clerk twice about it and she just wanted to argue with me about it instead of apologize for the inconvenience. Eventually I discovered that all the appliances(tv, fridge, microwave) had been unplugged. Once again, when I told the night clerk, she never apologized, she just said, “Oh.” Very limited tv channels(Spectrum). It was nice of her to give me late checkout since I arrived after midnight. Again, room and especially the bed were good. I would stay there again.

It was OK but it wasn’t what the picture showed us as the motel for the beach. It was an older motel so it wasn’t as good as it should be the pool didn’t open until 2 o’clock and that’s when you check it out.

Nice and clean
Clean, nice soft beds, sheets and pillows. Free breakfast not good (stale bagels and tasteless waffles), 2 types of cereal, coffee juice. I would stay here again on my way to the coast but eat at the Waffle House.
