We had a genuinely pleasant experience, beginning from the moment we met the very friendly owner/operator. He cares deeply about making his guests feel welcome, and has a deep understandning of, and lifelong connection to his community and this motel that he bought from his family. Nothing flashy or fancy, but absolutely clean and comfortable. All good.

You booked a economy room, may we suggest a " renovated room" next stay as they have more updates etc. Thanks for mentioning the tavern next door, the "Bridgeworks Grille" gives the motel guest a 10% discount when you show your room key.

This property has great people that work there. The back of the property is a real big backyard. Great for dogs which we did have. It was a really nice place with a nice restaurant next-door. We will go there again. Excellent place!!!!
