The common area could have used a vacuuming. There were many families with kids. The staff was very nice and the pool had adult hours from 10pm- midnight. All families respected this rule.

This was the perfect getaway for our family. The pool was a good size and not busy at all. We were close to restaurants and the venue for our show. Complimentary breakfast was clutch for our early risers.

We enjoyed the hot tub and pool that was actually warm and not freezing. Clean. Nice staff. Only downside was kids running and screaming up and down the halls at 10pm but thats a parenting issue not the hotel.

Ok but expensive for what u get
Takes advantage of being only motel in town. Price is extremely high over 165 a night for a similiar motel 23 miles away in grand rapids for a cost of 65 to 85 nothing special in room and moat channels on tv have no sound like fox news can see it but not here channel and many others they are aware of problem and are not fixing it. Basically a comfort Inn for cost of a marriot

Family event stay
We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions when we have come to Greenville to visit our family in the area. Unfortunately this visit was for the funeral of my Grandpa and when we stopped to check on an early check-in so we could get changed for the visitation we were able to check in early with no problems. The hotel is very clean, always inviting, and our first pick when in the area. We will continue to is this hotel on future visits!

Very clean, staff was willing and able to help with any requests we had. Pool and hot tub area was very nice and appreciated the adults only time after 10pm. Breakfast was also great.

Nice simple hotel. The pool, hot tub and sauna were very clean and large. the bed was hard but the pillows and bedding were nice. stayed in a king size room and there was an extra chair and and a desk setup with chair. did not grab breakfast but it looked and smelled good

I had reservations for a deluxe room with a King Size bed and a hot tub/jucuzzi in the room. We checked in and got to our room and realize its 2 double/full beds with no hot tub/jucuzzi. We went back to front desk and they said they forgot to inform us the room we book was damaged and they had to downgrade us. We recieved no phone call to inform us of this so i was highly dissapointed as we were going to relax for a bit before going to a wedding reception. We recieved the difference in room costs refunded but that was it. We booked a King size bed bc we both need space to sleep, so we ended up sleeping in different beds because we got downgraded to full size, not even Queen. The bed also wasnt very comfortable and i woke up with a sore back. Breakfast was decent. They had the pancake maker, along with toast, bagels, danishes, bran muffins, yogurt, cereal and fruit. Apple juice, orange juice, coffee and milk.

So sorry to hear that you weren't informed of the damage to the original room you reserved. I am forwarding your comments to the General Manager Kim Zimmerman, my apologies again for your unrestful night. The beds in the room are Queen size in the double occupancy rooms though. We have no full size beds in our Greenville Americinn. I hope you allow us an opportunity in the future to serve you again.
