“Needs More Updating”

Older motel with some newer modifications but needs much more updating. Many new motel/hotels half mile away in new business parks with upper chain restaurants. However, rates were very good and place was quite and staff accommodating. Lots of close parking.

“Good on a budget if you just need a place to sleep”

I stayed over night and was basically looking for a clean room in a safe area. It was obvious that the hotel has been recently renovated but the room was not at clean as I would have liked. I don't think it was nasty, but perhaps it hadn't been occupied in a while and was a little "dusty." The front desk staff was very accommodating. The indoor pool was nice, but I noticed a bug crawling up the wall as I was heading back to my room.

“not a good stay for anyone”

breakfast that is provided is unpalatable!!!! the pool was empty and there was trash around it. cigarette butts were out in the parking area.

“Highpoint Market Noisy Hotel”

Asked for a quiet room upon arrival but was told they were sold out and I was placed in a room directly across from the interstate highway. She assured me I would not hear it. WRONG!! Heating system had to be totally replaced first night as it did not work. Across the hall from the ice machine and an exterior door that was slammed shut constantly. Who needs ice at 5am in Greensboro, NC? Felt like I was in Las Vegas. Keys continually did not work and then on 3rd and final night, Mr. Friedman checked in next door and had his TV so high I could have mine on mute on the same channel and hear it just fine. I complained twice but was told he was 80 and there was not much they could do. I will not stay there again. Becky was very nice at the front desk but some of the issues were out of her control.
