We were on our way to Mrytle beach with a short stop at High Point. The hotel was conveint, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the two day stay very much.

hotel was convenient to High Point University situated in downtown. it is a clean property, easy parking, and friendly staff.

I stayed one night at the Best Western in HIgh Point when I was taking my daughter to tour colleges in the area. The hotel was clean and offered complimentary breakfast and cocktails which was nice. Each employee we encountered was very friendly and helpful. One drawback was the parking. Guests are charged $6 a day to park in the city operated garage adjacent to the hotel. Location was good, but our large SUV did not really "fit" in the garage. There were not really any restaurants within walking distance but there were many to choose from about a ten minute ride from the hotel. Overall, we had a favorable experience and I would recommend staying at the Best Western Plus High Point.

Highest quality Best Western I have ever stayed at. On top of "customer appreciation" every night in the bar, the overall perks associated with this hotel were way above the standard chain hotel. Was very impressed for the price versus quality ratio. Only down side is I really didn't like the sleep number bed they had in the room, but just personal preference.

Came with low expectation, but left quite happy. Not a bad place at all.

Our family was attending College Graduation and had nice one night stay. Our reservation was input with our name mispelled but the issue was quickly resolved by most helpful staff person.

“fine not great”

It was fine for the price. The lobby does not provide a good first impression, dated and a poor use of space. If you what a room for sleeping it is fine. Bed was comfortable and the size adequate. The bathroom however is poorly lit and feels tired. All the touchpoints of the hotel were weak, from the plastic cups to the room card holder which was a business envelope cut in half. The staff was pleasant and there were housekeepers visible keeping the public areas clean. I would recommend it however, nothing about it is memorable.
