“My new favourite hotel in Glasgow!”

Lovely, well maintained building, loads of character, good old fashioned hospitality from friendly, helpful staff. Location good for my purpose of getting into Govan without relying on the busiest roads. Quiet, upmarket neighbourhood - if you're looking for a lively bar or club withing walking distance you'll probably be disappointed.

“Bed was like sleeping on wood”

We picked this hotel because we were under the impression we would be staying in a castle. Well that is not the case. We stayed in a room near the castle but it was not in a castle. The room was nice besides for the fact the bed was so hard it felt we were sleeping on a box spring with no mattress at all. Breakfast was good. Overall a dissapointment
