Publié le 2 sept. 2023 sur HotelsTrès agréable séjour à l'hôtel .Check in rapide . Chambre au 7 ème spacieuse propre et calme malgré l'autoroute à côté. Le ménage est fait tous les jours.Bon petit déjeuner et on peut demander un petit déj à emporter la veille quand on a des excursions très tôt.Personnel aux petits soins.En plein centre ville tout se fait à pied.Beaucoup de choix de restaurants et de shopping.Bus pour l'aéroport juste derrière l'hôtel rue Waterloo,vraiment pratique.J'ai adoré mon séjour à Glasgow.

Publié le 7 janv. 2018 sur HotelsTrès belle hôtel situé à moins de 10 min à pieds des meilleurs endroits de Glasgow. Le personnel est compétent et fort sympathique. Le seul bémol est la pression des douches qui est vraiment faible.

We were not informed about any renovation works .
The temporary bar was terrible. It just looked like a
brightly lit hall no windows no features etc !
We have stayed in Marriot hotels on numerous occasions and always enjoyed our stays but this time very disappointed

Hotel currently under going renovations but the modified reception, bar and dining were all run in normal Marriott high standard. Friendly welcoming staff. Rooms as would be expected in a Marriott. Clean and mega comfy bed so had a lovely nights sleep. Rooms are going to be all modernised. I wasn’t in one of these but still comfortable and practical.

Only issue was cleaners (I presume) moving furniture around outside lift areas at, 6.30 am breakfast staff pleasant welcoming and helpful

Very disappointed as the hotel was under refurbishment and I wasn’t advised and no heating was available. I feel guests should be told before booking

Stayed there loads of times and it was all very good.
On this occasion a major refurbishment is ongoing. No easy access from the parking (£12 per night)
Reception rooms like barns and a breakfast room struggling to cope.
