“Love The Malmaison”

Lovely hotel overall service and comfort good. My only disappointment was room service. Food arrived within time quoted however, the food although presented well was cold, and I was too tired and hungry to complain after a long day. The staff as ever are all helpful and polite.

“A Good Place to Stay in Glascow!”

Very pleasant hotel, though a little out of the way, if you've never previously been to Glascow. The staff was very helpful. We tried the breakfast buffet one morning, although being a separate expense from our room, we found it quite expensive. Wish there were more contnental options. I would, however, recommend this hotel to others and also definitely tell them that they should not try to walk from the nearest airport bus drop-off stop because of the steep hill which is quite difficult with luggage. Take a cab from the airport, and in the spirit of "getting what you pay for" which is important to remember when on vacation, also book the buffet breakfast ahead with your room!

“Room very good Dinner poor Interesting Hotel location Good”

Was not impressed when two selected main courses were not available ( table next to us returned main course three times)Was not impressed with square black wooden slabs representing plates so large it was difficult to place vegetable dishes at side, Potatoes/chips served up in large paper wrap. Not stylish when entertaining in what is supposed to be an up market hotel. Breakfast food excellent, service slow.
