Stayed on a number of occasions at this hotel as the location works for us. Stayed with my grandson on this trip so spend a fair bit of time on my hands and knees searching for things ie lids to bottles etc. couldn’t believe how much rubbish there was under the beds from previous occupants. Bin wasn’t emptied on last night. Generally, cleanliness aside, the hotel was ok but definitely not 4 star. Nobody asking you at the hotel if everything was ok or when or where the breakfast was served.

We had an unpleasant experience with one member of staff with the 'tone' (attitude) when we attempted to check in 40 minutes early - we were sternly 'told' check in was NOT until 3:00pm. However, every other member of staff we spoke to were extremely polite and pleasant and so very friendly. Our room was well presented and clean. The housekeeping staff made the room up every day to a high standard. We did not eat any evening meals at the Glynhill but we did enjoy the breakfast buffet. Again, the staff were amazing! The selection of food choices were fantastic. Whether someone is a vegan, vegetarian or meatatarian, there were options for everyone - AND - the food I had tasted great! I highly recommend trying the haggis! We would and will stay there again.

Well, i dont think we'll stay here again. Breakfast was really good. Hotel feels tired and under-invested in. Staff are hit/miss but its a thankless job. Stsyed here 5 or 6 tomes over the last 4 years or so. Its not improving

What a fabulous hotel! Had a girls night away and it was perfect. Food was good, lovely bar and the facilities were spot on. The steam room is the hottest I’ve ever been in, sauna needs cranked up though. Definitely stay here again, and already booked for May. So close to the airport and M8 too.

We were attending a family party at the hotel and decided to book a room at last minute the staff were very accommodating and had our room ready for an earlier check in as requested the room was clean and beds comfortable staff were all very friendly was a good variety of cooked breakfast items or continental breakfast would definitely stay again in the future

Worst of lots of stays here
Been this hotel on many occasions and had a fantastic stay. However on this occasion not best; 1 tv was so small 2 no toiletries like says would be 3 arrival staff not very welcoming 4 toilet so small Had a standard room better than the club king room witch was very disappointing would still be back but on this one of many occasions did not enjoy

The room was nice and location was good. The room did smell of cigarettes despite being a non-smoking area. Apart from this, could not complain. Staff were lovely and attentive.

The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The fire door just outside our room was broken and jammed open (room 250), we had a fire alarm go off in the evening while we were in our room. The toilet seat was broken and kept falling off. The complimentary biscuits had been opened and not replaced. The tv was very limited even though the remote had Netflix and prime on it it just came up as a fault and wouldn’t connect. We booked a king club room but didn’t get one, they told us it was a king club but it was not the same a the picture of the room when we booked.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent! Rooms were spacious and tidy. Customer service was brilliant at the front desk and at the bar. We really enjoyed the indoor pool facility! It is a massive hotel so if you get a room towards the end, it is a bit of a trek! It was easy to find affordable rates and worth the overall experience!

The hotel is in a super convenient location for the airport. The bar and restaurant were great and the room was comfortable. Wish we’d brought our togs as the swimming pool looked great. Hotel is going through some renovations but we did not have our room renovated. Only thing that wasn’t great was the noise from the function going on downstairs and other guests being noisy when going to their rooms after midnight.

The Hotel was wonderful. Dining was awesome food was excellent. Breakfast buffet has so many choices Staff friendly and helpful. Would not have been my first choice as to tje distance from Glasgow however very grateful we stayed there Thank you, Laura Wade-Webb

Really positive experience. Room was more than we expected. Nice modern bathroom and very spacious room. Breakfast area was cozy and clean with delicious food. Swimming pool and gym also done the job. No fault at all. Must mention the price - bargain. Definitely would recommend to everyone.

The property itself was fine. Maybe needs a bit of updating. Staff were welcoming. I came through to Paisley because it was my sister's birthday. We had a family lunch. The meal was cold and in my sister's case inedible. We sent the food back. It came back fresh from the microwave minus the brussel sprouts. My sister decided just to have soup. The waiting staff were helpful but there is something seriously wrong in the kitchen. They did take money off the bill. However, the family lunch was ruined!

Excellent location close to Glasgow and braehead shopping centre. Hotel staff were so accommodating and rooms are amazing very clean and comfortable, leisure facilities are great and a real bonus after a day's shopping.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel, breakfast and service is absolutely fantastic! I did have an issue this time which was promptly sorted. My issued room was not as the hotels.com showed which I paid a premium for. The images used were incorrect and lets say creative marketing was as fault. There is some tired areas around the property but in general a great location and I would recommend
