“Very good value”
Good, large quiet room looking out over Albion Street and smack in the middle of the Merchant City. Good restaurants and pubs all around. Very good value.
“Would definitely recommend the Fraser Suites Glasgow”
Fraser Suites Glasgow is a comfortable, clean establishment. The apartments are tastefully decorated and include an efficiency kitchen. The staff members are courteous and helpful in providing information about the city, the restaurants, and transportation. I would not hesitate to recommend it to other visitors to Glasgow.
“comfort”
Large room, comfy bed, very helpful staff, one problem was the noise at night from surrounding clubs and restuarants especially at weekends.
“Great place”
Friendly desk attendants, great room in a refurnished historic building. Merchant city is a great location with shops and excellents restaurants nearby. Only complaint was the horrible view into the adjoining parking garage.
“A well positioned central location within Glasgow”
An excellent location for business or pleasure. The standard of the whole building is excellent, the suite was fantastic, it gave me space to work when i returned in the evening and a kitchen area for breakfast in the mornings. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from all within a short walk, there is an indian restaurant almost next door and there is the Merchants Square, with a choice of at least 8 restaurants and a pub, which is only 3 minutes walk away. My first stay here at the Fraser Suites, an Excellent place to stay, thats why i will be using it again on my next visit. Only one poor point is there is no parking on site but, there is a multi storey car park 20 yards from the front door. Warning, if you park overnight after 6.00pm it is only 2 pounds 50p providing you leave before 8.00am, if you are not out for 8.00am it will cost you a minimum of 11 pounds and upwards the longer you are parked there.
“Home from home”
Very pleasant city hotel. The apartment I stayed in was great!
“Fantatsic place to stay in Glasgow. Can't wait to go back.”
Great location for our 4 day get away. Suite was fantastic and just what the doctor ordered! Yes it was noisey being that close to Argyle St but everyone has said that so you know before you go. Service was good and staff at reception very helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to go back. Stayed this time for our anniversary and we had a lovely time. Leather suite, tv, dvd, stereo and Sky Sports in our suite to watch football on... it doesn't get much better than this
“Home away from home”
I've been to Glasgow a number of times now, and I always choose to stay at the Fraser Suites on Albion Street. It's ideally located to the main shopping area as well as being a short walk from Central Station. Because it's a self-catering hotel, not to mention it's cleanliness and well-mannered and friendly staff, it truly feels like a home away from home. I'm always made to feel welcome, and this hotel makes my visits to Glasgow that much more enjoyable and worthwhile.
“Very nice!”
I stayed in Fraser Suites in Glasgow for about 10 days in September. The suit was fantastic. Clean, spacious, and friendly staff. Only complaint would be no air conditioner but we weren't in there much of the day as we were out sight seeing. The location is perfect right in the Merchant City area and there's a nice pub called Maggie May's right next to the hotel. I would defiantly stay here again!
“Central for most things”
No qualms about recommending this hotel. Clean, lovely room, huge in comparison to likes of Marriott or Hilton. Did not like surcharge for broadband at fiver an hour so went down to reception where you can pick up broadband from next door coffeeshop. Parking is about seven GBP per day on top of room charge, but still reasonable. Overall very good for price
