Hotel moderne et adaptes aux animaux
Accueil souriant, ecoute de nis besoins et desirs, possibilité d'être accompagné de nos animaux de compagnie avecnun grand sourire du staff et des visiteurs. Les fens y sont tellement relaxe, accueillant et surtout toujours a l'ecoute de vos besoins. Dune proprete impecable meme dans les petits détails comme les tranches de pain emballées séparément.

Make sure to check your belonging if room serviced
I stay at a lot of hotels, as I travel for business. I returned to the hotel on my first night of a multiple night stay to find that my bags had been rifled through by the cleaning staff. Usually put the do not disturb on the door, so shame on me.

We reserved a room with a suite with 2 beds and there was only one. We were not reassigned a room that we paid for. We were told that they could not do anything about it because the reservation was done through an outside company

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with this StayBridge Suites in Great Falls, MT. We had an excellent stay in Missoula, MT at a StayBridge Suite Hotel jus 4 days prior to our stay in Great Falls. We had booked for a larger suite in Great Falls, but when we arrived they had to give us a smaller suite because the one that we had booked was not clean. The bed was too small and the room was very small compared to the one we had expected. It seemed to feel dirty and the coffee pot and microwave was not very clean. Everything seemed dusty also. Trains blew there horns throughout the night right outside our window. The laundry was very dirty and there was only 3 washers and dryers that were available to use and the rest of them were out of service. I waited to use the only one available and when I went to use it, I could not get it to work so I went to the desk where they called the night watchman to assist me and stayed with me until we could get it to work. The gym looked very dirty and the pool area was dark and dingy, so I was afraid to even use that. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful, the night watchman was very helpful also. The young woman in the kitchen for breakfast was very kind and courteous, and paid attention to detail. The hotel itself was a real disappointment!

Forgot a pair of earrings and phone charger in the room and when we returned an hour later, they were gone. Cleaning staff claimed they didn’t see them but they were the only ones in the room from the time we left until we returned an hour later.

We stayed in room 316 there was greaser finger prints and look like blood on the ceiling and somebody booger on the chair next to the couch the beds were very uncomfortable

There’s a train track behind the hotel, maybe 50 feet from the back. If you’re not an extremely deep sleeper, be prepared to be woken by train horns a couple of times late at night. May have been the day we were there, but I wouldn’t risk it again.

My refrigerator smelled like something had rotted in it and there was footmarks on the ground in addition to finding stray hairs all over the bathroom.
