“Can't Wait to Stay Again!”

Went to Great falls for the first time on business and since I am a Priority Club member I chose to stay at the Holiday Inn. The hotel has a great central location and is very visible off the highway. I really enjoyed my visit to this property and plan to stay there when in Great Falls again on business. The staff was very friendly. I was very surprised at the wireless internet connection. Normally in hotels I have multiple issues with the connection. At this hotel I was never kicked offline once and the speed was VERY fast. I also slept very well in what seemed to be new bedding. The bed was very comfortable.

“very helpfull staff”

The hotel was verry clean and the lobby was all decorated for Halloween Great Job .The only thing that would need fixing would be the wall paper in the bathroom as it had started to lift .

“Great staff, great service”

The staff at front desk, restaurant, and bar were all fantastic. Breakfast special that we booked thru expedia with the hotel was money very well spent. the rooms had choices of firm or soft pillows. We had requested a non-smoking room and were placed on a non-smoking floor. Very nice touch.

“Great Hotel in Great Falls”

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Great FALLS. Staff were friendly and helpful and the barman in "lucky lil's" pours a great drink. Clean and tidy and in a great location to do all the touristy things. Loved Great Falls and loved Holiday Inn

“Great customer service”

Stayed at the HI again in Great Falls and was very satisfied. I travel for business frequently and I have become a regular at this hotel. I ordered room service for the first time and it was very quick and suprisingly hot. MOst of the time in hotels my food is cold by the time it gets to the room. Housekeeping and front desk staff were very friendly and seemed to care about their jobs.
