Started out good

Pros: The Staff at check in was great!
Cons: Clean your rooms, fix the drains and Try to figure out how to make things a little more sound Proof,
Hotel staff was very friendly at check in. room seemed to be a nice room. wall are very thin and you can hear every thing that is going on in rooms next to you, when the room above me took a shower you can hear the water going down the drain and it was very loud! Bed was comfortable and once all the noise settled down was able to sleep ok. When I showered in the morning the shower wouldn't drain and by the time I got done showering there was over 8" of water in shower. also noticed something in the bed that I had slept in all night and realized that was plastic tag holders off of a tag from new clothes. This telling me that the sheets had not been changed from previous user! Complained to the front desk and basically got a half hearted sorry. did not feel that the person at the front desk really never cared. I was reimbursed for the room. I went somewhere else and stayed the next night. I am a HHonors member but I stayed at a different Brand hotel. not sure if I will ever stay at a Hampton INN again.

The worst Hampton Inn ever...

It looked like a Hampton Inn, but left a lot to be desired, the fitness center only one piece of equipment worked. The room was too small. The floors in my room appeared not to been cleaned in a while, shower stall also appeared not very clean.

Pros: Everything.
Location: Close to good restaurants.Hotel staff recommended Moonshine Grill (within walking distance):get 10% discount when you tell them staying at Hampton Inn
Good location, close to restaurants, clean hotel, nice breakfast room with hot and cold food.

Noise problems - can't sleep

It was a known thing that room #218 has a problem with noise coming from the vending machine room (a hotel staff told us that many people have complained before). Yet they rented us that room anyway. We could not sleep all night. Very frustrating.

Smoking

This hotel was advertised as a non-smoking on whatever site I was looking at. It ended up having smoking rooms. Then we ended up surrounded by them and were told there was no way to move us.

Good Clean Hotel

Pros: Breakfast and staff, and the 10 pm kids out of the pool rule
Cons: the entrance from the street is difficult to use and get into the parking area
Location: Next to 3 great places to eat and OfficeMax in case you need office supplies or services.
The room was clean and staff was great. Breakfast was simple but good.

Convenient location

Room was not very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast choices.
