“VERY ACCOMODATING! MET ALL OUR NEEDS!”

The hotel is 3 stories and it,apparently,is mainly smoking on the top floor, so when I asked for the highest floor to get the best view of the river, could only get 2nd. Still, view was great! Make sure to ask for a river view!!! The other side is street view.

Wonderful location. Minutes from shopping, dining, expressways, etc. Nice kitchenette so we could do our own cooking. Great walking trail. Good continental breakfast. Clean and quiet. Really enjoyed it.

The staff were very helpful and the room was well taken care of. The kitchen was extremely convenient especially since it was snowing so hard, I only had to buy some food so I could stay inside. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel room was great -- well lighted (which is unusual); nice to have the refrigerator, microwave, sink, etc. The only criticism -- the bed was a bit hard

The hotel worked out really well and we would stay again if we could make reservations on the first floor as my husband has a guide dog and they put us on the second floor, which was not accomadating with husband and dog. I had requested first floor and supposedly hotel cannot hold rooms for request - a true bummer as would stay again this spring if requested room could be reserved.

“A Good Stay but...”

Relatively easy to find, clean, and friendly service are all positives. Along the same line of thinking, being right next to the Missouri River with places to sit and a walking path made the stay even better. Two things you should know: you have to ask at the front desk for a hair dryer (supply limited) and you have to drive somewhere for breakfast as nothing is on-site or near-by. Overall, good stay for the cost and minor inconveniences.

“Clean & saved some $”

We spent one night @ the extended stay in June 2011. Usually we stay @ la Quinta but the price difference had us taking a chance on this hotel. We saved about $ 30.00. Read the reviews & knew what to expect. Arrived @ 1130 & asked to check in early. The girl @ the desk said to come back in an hour; we did & it was ready:) The room was on the first floor & facing the river. Checked it out thoroughly before unpacking & it was clean. Small kitchen with basic utensils & free packs of coffee the first night. Full size fridge, microwave & a 2 burner stove, TV worked well but kind of small.It was kind of a flashback. lol The rooms are not luxurious @ all & inexpensive carpet, cabinets etc were used. The front desk staff were friendly the 4 times I spoke with them & we had no issues. Went for a walk by the river; lots of geese & goslings on the bank:) Would we stay again; yes if we were just looking for a inexpensive place to sleep. If we were with friends going for a weekend, we'd probably stay @ la Quinta or the best western with a pool etc.

“Inexpensive with some things missing”

Room was clean, hotel was easily accessed and near restaurants. Bed was hard, and towels were skimpy. No hair dryer or shampoo. The cost outweighed the problems and for one night it was fine. Don't know if I'd go back.
