“One of the Best”

We have NO complaints. Happy the Hotel was pet friendly, The continental breakfast was the biggest and best we have ever had. Will recommend this hotel to anyone,

Excellent value for your money. Large rooms. The loveseat with the two queens is a nice touch. Breakfast is wonderful with eggs, sausage and waffles included. Breakfast area is clean and well stocked.

Hi, this is my second stay at the crystal Inn and I was very pleased with the experience. The room was spotless and spacious. I like the separation between the couch and the bed and the convenience of a microwave and fridge. My only concern was that the hotel was packed with families with young children, so breakfast was very noisy. Would definitely recommend.

“excellent hotel”

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. We could not have asked for anything more. The only down side was the pool was closed for part of our stay for maintenance. The breakfast is great for a continental breakfast. which includes hot waffles, fruit, hard boiled eggs and all the usuals. We would definately stay there again.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. Left our vehicle there and made use of free shuttle to and from airport. Upon return from our trip, it had snowed heavily in Great Falls and our vehicle had about 8 inches of snow covering it. As I started to clean the vehicle off, an employee from the hotel came out with a broom and generously helped me clean the entire vehicle off and then headed on down the line to help others clean their vehicles off. I've never had that happen before and was very grateful. We will DEFINITELY stay at the Crystal Inn whenever we are in Great Falls. Highest rating in all areas.

“I would go back”

I was quite happy with this hotel. We went for the weekend shopping and it was nice and clean. Also welcoming staff and rooms. I loved the comforter on the beds they were so soft and cozy. I would love to find one. The breakfasts we good. I will be back on our next shopping trip!!
