I stayed in a Superior Double Room with Balcony for 6 nights. The room was quite large. The balcony had 2 chairs and a small table. The room had many windows, with great views of the mountains. Ample plugs and lighting. With the windows closed, it is pretty quiet, but there is some noise from the parking lot and bus route in front of the hotel. Dark curtains blocked the light well. There is a safe and a water heater for tea. No fridge. The TV had quite a few channels in English. Lots of closet space. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is only one elevator in the section I was in, and it was very slow. Great wi-fi.
The hotel is right next to a bus stop, which allows you to get anywhere in the area (free with the transportation pass included with 2+ nights stay).
The breakfast buffet was large, with breads, cheeses, salami, etc; yogurt, cereals, fruit; a chef cooking eggs to order, fried rice, OJ. The hotel gets bus tours, so it was busy, but I never had trouble getting food quickly or finding a seat. The hotel has a number of different restaurants, which provided some nice options.
