Amazing gem!
We loved this hotel. It is elegant and has super nice touches. It feels like a 5 star in many ways, but not quite! the bedding is great and pillows awesome. The bathroom is laid out beautifully, but the best part is the staff. They are kind, helpful and just lovely. Everyone from the bellman to the front desk to the restaurant! The location is great, too!

Free shuttle from train station was waiting when we arrived. Driver took our bags loaded, unloaded, and placed them in our room! Once in the room, a rep from the hotel delivered chocolates and breakfast room service info, she checked to ensure everything was perfect in the room. At checkout, the clerk gave us two bottles of water for our trip. Shuttle driver loaded bags and took us to the train station again. This hotel really has customer service perfected!

The hotel was spotless clean, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is good, breakfast was great. I highly recommend it and would use it again when I am in Lugano again.

The hotel is located up the hills from the train station , so we took a taxi (overpriced) to get ourselves and Our luggage to the property. We were Then told at the desk that there is a hotel shuttle that will come to pick you up . It would have been nice To know that ahead of our arrival. Our room is comfortable, but there is a choice of keeping the window open and heating constant tra fric noise or closing it and getting too warm . No AC in the rooms makes for an uncomfortable summer visit.

No third option. Either we sleep with warm room or deal with the outside noise with an open window. We picked to sleep with an open window and got only 2 or 3 hour sleep. Very inconvenient!

The staff was excellent. Room was rather small. There was no thermostat in the room. So, it became hot and dry.

Location is excellent! 2 min walk to ski lift. Ski school and ski rent with equipment storage are next buildings to ski lift. Restaurants and shopping of any kind 1-2 min walk. Hotel parking: across the small street. Breakfast is wonderful and included. Staff is polite and professional. Ask to arrange your activities: restaurants, train tickets, ski instructor, ski lift pass and they will help all the way with minimal effort from you. Sauna, steam room and much more perfectly operational, well done and included. Rooms have everything needed with connecting doors for families if needed. Prices are very competitive. Minibar with free refills daily with water, soft drinks and beer. Awesome place! Would go again!

Great Location
Booked a classic double and it was a very nice room. Housekeeping does an amazing job - very pleased! There was turn down service in the evening. Check in was a little less than warm and welcoming, but the staff at reception were helpful. Breakfast was fabulous - great staff in the breakfast room!! The hotel is well managed. Mini bar is complimentary. Robes and slippers, amenities are great. Hotel is quiet - very nice. Only complaint were the very soft pillows - difficult to sleep with, hardly any stuffing. Overall though very pleased.

Very nice lobby and room, it’s in the center of town. They will take you to and from the train station. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very good.

Don’t let the exterior photo fool you. Although the photo makes it look like a giant ice cube, it does not look like that in actuality. It is a perfectly lovely hotel with kind and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and all the amenities you will need. Would stay again.

Friendly staff yet feels outdated. - Close to the center and a block away from the ski tram. - Sure, it’s supposed to “look/feel” classic/mountain resort, yet carpeted bedroom floors? (Supports people walk around indoors with dirty snow boots). - No hot tub (I missed that when booking) Spa/Sauna is ok, nothing special. - Minibar all included, a few beers. Did receive a free upgrade due to Expedia GOLD, nice view over the roundabout outside. It’s an ok hotel, wouldn’t stay again unless updating it.

The location is a bit far from the lake and train station. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. Cleanness is good. The breakfast is not good, lack of varieties, the only hotel that charges extra for an omelet.

A very comfortable hotel in the heart of St Moritz. Can be a little loud at night, but amazing for close access to shopping and restaurants. Staff was very friendly— solo travelled and felt very safe. Would return again!

We couldn’t get to the hotel a few days prior because of road closures, snow. They wouldn’t refund our money( $600+) , but upon our return through the hotel, they gave us dinner for 4 and two bottles of champagne. That was very nice. Hotel was nicer than I expected. It was very clean and in great condition. The restaurant staff was not friendly. We heard a waiter snap at a customer, telling him that he ordered his eggs wrong. The waiters were not attentive at all, almost rude. The breakfast that I heard was incredible, was mediocre at best.
