This what not the experience we had at the Nevada City in years ago. Everything is dilapidated, run down, dirty and falling apart. Crusty would be the best way I could describe it. We were able to switch rooms after being placed in a room near people who clearly live in the rooms (one of which looked disturbed and on drugs) because it felt so unsafe and was so noisy. The property manager was kind and accommodating but I would not recommend this place for anyone who has decent standard of cleanliness. The walls were filthy, floors were cracking and coming up, the shower was broken, the tv was fuzzy and the window frame in the bathroom was broken. The chair in the room was creepy and full of stains and the bedspread and curtains were stained and dingy…. It was not a pleasant experience and we will not be staying here ever again.

This place had a rough bathroom. There was some staining on the bathroom floor, mold in shower grout, and had a moldy window. We only stayed because the room had a good heater and the shower had hot water.

It would do in a pinch but rundown
These units are extremely rundown, the bathroom floor was completely rotted around the tub, and our initial room the window didn’t even close. The man running the front counter was nice enough but I certainly won’t be staying there again.

Two of us stayed overnight for business. We rented the two-room cottage. A very enjoyable change from our usual hotel. The manager was very pleasant and gave us a fantastic recommendation for a restaurant within easy walking distance. I highly recommend the cabin/cottages.

This is a basic motel that has not been kept up. The price was reasonable but this place is really a bit of a dump. The guy who checked me in was nice and efficient though.

We did not like the actual room condition compared to your photo on Expedia! We felt duped especially at over $100. There's no excuse for not cleaning, especially the coffee pot! On safety, the lock looked tampered with and no fire extinguisher in box.in breeze way We wont be back!

This could be a super cute property. The pictures make it seem like it already is, but they've got a long way to go. All I need is a roof over my head, I'm not a complainer, but yikes. Our non smoking room smelled like a wet ashtray, the shower sort of worked (some one changed the knobs but not the valve...), the bed had one thin blanket and the heater kind of worked but there was no way to adjust it unless you had a pair of pliers. The lock on our door ceased working at some point in our stay, and the onsite manager seemed to think that wasn't really a big deal. He did eventually fix it and offered to put us in a different room if he couldn't. Fri - Mon stay still cost just short of $400.

Tried to charge extra non-pubished fees upon check-in. Owner refused to remove waive fees, so we left without staying. This owner gave up a $400 reservation/stay over an $80 undisclosed fee. Stupid! This place appears to be a "flop house" for shady looking people.

The hotel is an older clean and cozy surrounded by trees very quiet area the manager is extremely polite and caring he wants to assure you have a comfortable stay, the room had everything required for a nice comfortable stay it is not the Ritz it is a decent hotel without the Ritz pricing. Unfortunately some people have left false negative reviews with this hotel, I have no relation or connection with this property. I will return for another stay when in the area.

This place was so bad. We went to a different hotel the next night I didn’t even bother using the shower because honestly it looked like there was blood on the shower curtain and refused to go to the bathroom unless I had my shoes on. Went to use the toilet paper and the whole thing broke,

The hotel room given to us was run down, the heater didn’t work so we had to huddle together to stay warm and the bathroom was really run down that we decided not to take a shower.

The staff is nice BUT THE ROOMS ARE NOT OKAY. In the first room we were given, the heater was turned on and wouldn't turn off. So, we asked for another room and in that one, the bathroom sink was clogged and the bed blanket had stains. The pictures online are NOT what you get.

I had a very bad experience. Coffee pot was missing out of the room and I got blamed for it . They took a 100$ security deposit from my card so I called to figure out why. He said i left a mess and stole the coffee pot. He also said I was smoking drugs in the room.
