The ground floor room had very cheap plastic blinds and no curtains, so I had to put a sheet over the window for privacy. The lighting was awful (bright cool lights). Shower drain was very slow so it filled the tub when I showered.

Stay was fine. Just wish that housekeeping would remember to restock towels fully. I had to go to front desk one of the days of my stay to get face towels as they restocked the bath towels but not the towels to wash face. Major inconvenience upon waking up to shower.

Room was supposed to be ready by 3 PM. We arrived at 4:30 PM and room was not ready. Staff didn't seem really motivated about getting the room ready but she did supposedly give me some extra points

Nice breakfast, especially the egg white omelets. I was surprised our beds were not made during the day while we were away. I guess everyone is cutting down on staff. Nice place to stay.

The hotel is remodeling. No noise issues during my stay just areas blocked off by plastic, missing cove base throughout the hallways and a general sense of construction. The ladies at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The pillows are TERRIBLE

Average stay at an average hotel. It was clean, and looks like they had recently updated the furniture, etc. Good location, access to lots of restaurants/shopping. My biggest complaint is that the TV only had about 5 basic channels, the rest were static. And the housekeeper entered the room even with the "do not disturb" sign on the door.

It was clean and bright. They are remodeling, soon everything will be brand new, although not needed. Fantastic breakfast options. The staff were all helpful and very nice.

The employee working the breakfast room just kept talking to all the guests and let all the hot food run out and did not refill because she was to busy talking!! to the guests trying to eat. I left and went to a restaurant

Property was clean. Front desk people always sitting in back room. Help not always available. Decent breakfast. Nice pool area. We were stuck there in a snowstorm- no snowplow and staff didn’t shovel front walk- we did it for them. Staff didn’t know when plows would be coming. Seemed ambivalent to the situation with vehicles stuck in parking lot.

We had no tv signal and when we went to the front desk they said it was weather related We stay in hotels at least 20-30 times a year and never had that issue

The bathroom was in terrible shape, moldy ceiling, broken shower head, dirt coming out of faucet. The pool was over chlorinated, kids eyes and skin was burning. Loud, rude neighbors were dealt with in a positive manner by staff. Room was subpar, over priced.

Beds are terrible. The heat wouldn’t work on automatic so I was up all night switching it on and off. The shower/bathroom was dirty with hair and it’s just old. I think I saw a sign that they would soon be renovating! Until then stay elsewhere!

We were given a room by the exit door. Lots of traffic, room had holes and chip paint, able to hear everything, fridge kept making noise. Would not recommend.

Early Risers will like
Only sheer drapes so plan on rising at dawn. Wish there was a way to close outer drapes, but the track was only about 5" long and meant for aesthetics only. Bring a binder clip!! The smell of room freshener very synthetic gave impressions it's masking something. We were able to hear the guests conversations who were staying either above or adjacent to us as well heavy walking. Picked hotel based on proximity to our venue. Not the worst place but we didn't get a restful night.

Location was close to our planned activity and very easy to access. Great breakfast and coffee. Clean and pleasant lobby. Quick prompt checkin and out process. Our first room was not ready at check in but the front desk quickly moved us to a different room with in minutes. Great service and friendly

I paid for a suite with two beds, a pull out with a seating area. When I got to the property they told me they didn't have that available and I was given a standard king room with no price adjustment.

There were several problems with the room. The outlet at the sink where you would plug in a hair dryer didn't work. There was not a hanging rod installed or hangers. The phone didn't work to call the front desk. The staff were trying but the facility was not ready.
