It’s a decent property. Suited our needs. It does need some repair or updating. The ceiling in the bathroom above the shower is peeling pretty bad.

Pool and hot tub was closed. That was the only reason we booked this property. We couldn't cancel our reservation since it wasnt 24 hours notice.

Arrived to check in at 3:15 pm checkin is 3pm. We were told our room was not ready as sheets were still needing to be changed and would have to wait 45 min. Checked back at the desk af 4:00pm and was again told another 45 min wait!? We weren't able to get in our room until 5pm. No offer of a discount on our stay for the inconvenience. So I literally paid money for a full stay but was shorted 2 hours of my stay. If you don't have the staff to operate your hotel then you need to not operate at capacity. Very poor experience!

POOR customer service!
We booked this stay to have a little family celebration. We do this every year (at a different location). We choose this location as it was closer to everyone BIG mistake. We had 4 rooms booked (that would be 16 guest) we had an addition 8 people in the lobby with us having some food, when all of a sudden the GM came over & kicked everyone out that did not have a room. She was very rude & impolite. Needless to say we will be going back to our original hotel that we have been going to for the last 20+ years. Grandville is a bit too stuffy for us!!!

Great, but note that all units called out as Poolside in Expedia are actually poolview with a balcony as they are on the second floor. No rooms on pool level.

We had a wonderful stay! Our only comment would be the lack of a sign at your driveway entrance. We were out every evening with family and found it difficult to see the entrance in the dark.

Very clean room. Staff in the Kitchen were very friendly and accommodating. They make sure kitchen is clean and replenish food when needed. Front desk is also very helpful and friendly. I will stay in this hotel again in the future if I go back to Grand Rapids.
