The service was amazing. The employees worked hard to make sure our needs were taken care of. The physical space is less than expected. No fan in the bathrooms, the bathtub/shower drain did not work, and the extra blanket was filled with mysterious holes. The walls are thin and you can hear everything in the hallways. Each time a door is shut, each person talking in the hall or even walking was enough to wake me up. The ac also makes loud booming noises every 30 minutes when it turns on/off. I fixed the ac by switching it to fan mode which made that aspect manageable. I would not stay here again because of the lack of physical upkeep and noise.

Room was clean and the bed was GREAT! We had a king suite and I was surprised that the bathroom was so small.

Property is old and a bit run down. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Shower was difficult because hot was cold and cold was hot. Pillows are less than half the size of a normal pillow and all 3 didn’t fit the width of the double beds. Beds are quite uncomfortable. Facility is decent all in all, but not worth the nightly charge they’re asking.

Stayed there prior to going to the airport, the restaurant & staff we’re very good with a good choice on the menu, the bar tender was very accommodating for evening dining. The hotel was very comfortable & had a complementary airport shuttle

I have never been to a hotel that used such small pillows. You know the small square pillows that you have on the side of your couch, almost as an armrest? Those are the pillows that were used on the queen size beds. They were tiny and not very comfortable. The hotel needs to use normal size pillows.

With flight cancellations and changes, the staff were so kind and helpful! Special thanks to Jolanda and Ashlen!! The lounge and pool areas were nice!! Room clean and comfortable. Will stay here again.

Disappointing Hotel
The hotel's main elevator was out of order which meant considerable walking for rooms assigned away from the only working elevator. The rooms away were the ones they were assigning even though the hotel was far from being full. Service at check in and check out were poor at best. The hotel needs considerable repair and upkeep done.
