Kind of scary, police car in parking lot.
hallways smelled of smoke, not as reserved, rooms rented by the month, no breakfast.

Lovely staff. Horrible place.
Nicest people in the world working the front desk, housekeeping and security guards. There are huge lovely fish in an aquarium on a stand by the desk, seasonal flowers outside.  But they don't begin to offset the generalized seediness of the place.  The interiors/exteriors/grounds/floors/walls/fixtures/furnishings are all worn, grubby and in need of maintenance/repair/replacement. We got a refund, checked our early.

The room was so deplorable that I did not stay.
The room was dark, dank, stinky, paint peeling off the stained walls, holes in the draperies which were barely hanging onto the rail. It was truly 3rd world quality.

hotel was disgusting
The room was filthy, the doors did not shut all the way, no housekeepers on site, couldn't get extra towels, and the lobby is filthy. On the web site it mention a pool and hot tube but both are closed down permently

Not a place for anyone to stay. Very dirty not for kids or family or even my dog. Ended up going down the street paying 3 times as much but a much better hotel

We just needed a bed to sleep in. The bed was fine. The hotel is not well maintained. If we had been planning to stay for any length of time we wouldn't have chosen this hotel.

Do Not Book!
I canceled my reservation after seeing the condition of the hotel, hallways and room. This was a flophouse, not a hotel! Renting rooms by the week or month, trash everywhere and broken down vehicles in the parking lot. Expedia needs to remove this "building" from its choices.

Grand Rapids Suburb Most Dangerous Motel
Hands down, this "hotel" (motel) was one of the worst places I have ever stayed in. I was fearful for my life my entire stay. I would not recommend this "hotel" to anyone who is not familiar with a very shady environment or anyone who is looking for somewhere without safety rest assured place to sleep. My room was absolutely terrible.

Disgusting!
I stayed in this hotel about a year ago and was thouroughly disgusted. The atmosphere was like that of a cheap run-down, by-the-hour motel. The entire hotel was dark, smoky and unclean. It wasn't convieniently located near anything worth while. I actually went out and purchased an additional blanket for our bed, because the bedding was really gross. We got really good rates when we stayed there, but now I can understand why. Pay the extra $and stay at a Best Western or Holiday Inn. Never again!
