The room could have been a bit cleaner. I was most disappointed that they charge $12/day for parking which in a small city and next to an Interstate Highway I found to be a bit ridiculous. On the plus side the gym was nice.

My husband loves loves loves the cookies. That’s his favorite part. We stayed at three double trees in the last year and none of them had cookies this time. Grant Junction DoubleTree had cookies. He could’ve been happier. The Hotel was great guys were great. Everybody was great I’ll give it two thumbs up.

This property has started charging a parking fee separate from the room charge. I arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning. I was charged $25 for a parking fee. $12 plus tax for the night and $12 plus tax for the next morning. This is unacceptable. Will not stay in this hotel again.

Hello, our apologies. We have been charging for parking for several years now as most all hotels around this area of town do. We understand how frustrating this can be and will share this feedback with our ownership team.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel personnel were very polite, friendly and helpful. The only problem I had with the stay was the $12 charge for the parking of my car. I was not aware that there would be a fee for parking at the hotel, and to be honest, I don't understand the charge of the parking fee.

I don't think I'll ever stay here again. I know based upon location I'm limited but this place is nasty! Carpet is stained, it looks like someone threw up on parts of the hallways and or just dropped food on wall. I don't think anything has been updated in 20 years if not longer. They charge for $25 for parking and half of the parking lot is gravel that hasn't been repaired forever. Thank goodness no one else is with me as I'd be embarrassed if this were my pick!

Thank you for letting us know about your recent stay. I did check to confirm on your stay and we did only charge 12 for parking, as it is still a surprise for some, this market being by airport, all hotels do charge for parking. Our parking lot is also all paved so we will take a look to see if some rocks got pushed along the lot to make sure it is cleaned up. I am very sorry your stay did not go well. We have addressed the cleanliness issues with the hallways and will make sure this is not an issue moving forward.
So sorry we could not do more to earn a better score. I hope we get another chance to serve you and give you a great stay next time.

For the pricing I would expect better amenities. No free hotel breakfast, parking at $12/day, and not having coffee/ tea available all day (or at least it wasn’t filled the majority of the time I checked) is poor quality when it comes to the smaller things that make a stay enjoyable.

Overpriced and underfed performing
Coffee stations were not well stocked. All 4 were always either out of coffee and/or out of cups. Staff was slow to respond.
Paying additional fees for parking at a hotel on I-70 is horrible and completely out of touch for who uses this hotel. This alone is cause to not come back again and to recommend others not come here.
Overall too expensive for what you get.

The food was not very good. Dinner or breakfast. Had a hamburger that had no seasoning and the breakfast buffet had no food available when I arrived, had to tell the staff it was empty. What was there as far as hot items was not very good.
