“Good clean place”
Spent a night here, no problems at all. It's clean, and it gets the job done.

very good hotel in compare to the money you pay, it is a little bit far from the fall but the time you spend for driving is worth it.

Our stay was pretty good. The room was very clean, which is a big deal for me. There was no confusion upon arrival-cust serv reps were beyond pleasant and helpful with directions( we were there for a dinner in the banquet hall). However, 3 issues were 1- no ice in the machine on our floor- had to hunt for it. 2- some of the items on the breakfast buffet were cold and hard instead of hot and fresh. And 3, there were several children left unattended, running the halls late at night. we were able to find an adult with that group to put a halt to the running. Overall, we will return and reccommend this hotel to others.
“Quiet and relaxing atmosphere”
This is a great hotel for getting out of the hustle and bustle of the city. In a residential island setting, the hotel offers a scenic river view with a golf course located nearby. There are few restaurants on the island, so driving into the suburbs of Buffalo, NY becomes necessary. Of course, the hotel does provide food services. This is an excellent location for those planning a visit to Niagra Falls as it is only a short drive away. There is a small toll to cross onto the island from either the south or north, but well worth it for a quiet and restful stay.
“Excellent value for money”
Really nice hotel and great value for the money. Room was really spacious, clean, quiet air-con, comfortable beds, coffee maker in room was nice touch, good facilities - swimming pool, small shop/coffee bar, large and well-staffed reception. And location was perfect - half way between airport and Niagara Falls on a quiet mostly residential island. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very freindly and helpful.I enjoyed the dining area along with my family as the food was excellent.

A hotel that allows doggies and still is clean, friendly and a joy to stay at?! I found it at this Holiday Inn. Will certainly stay here each time we go thru this area in the future.
“2 Night Stay”
Very nice hotel. Easy to find (with gps). Nice pools and restaurant. Arcade/game room was disappointing, but most are. only issue was that the fire alarm went off mid-day, and again around 2am.

Awesome place to stay. I was satisfied with cleaniness even though they were undergoing renovations. Possibly plan to stay here for one more day as it is next to river and may give u good option to relax other than visiting niagara falls.
“Canadian Thanksgiving on Grand Island”
We planned this weekend with two thoughts in mind: stay somewhere new to us and stay somewhere our boys (ages 9 and 11) would enjoy for a relaxing weekend. Grand Island was a new spot for us to stay, as was this hotel. Though the reviews we read were mixed, our stay was nothing less that very satisfying. The hotel is in good condition in spite of its age, but our room was excellent - obviously refurbished in the last few years. The river view is amazing, the grounds are a very pleasant place to wander and the pool is very large. Since a pool is #1 in the boys' ranking of a hotel, this drove their view of it to the top. The location provides easy access to the sights of Niagara Falls and shopping in the Buffalo area. All in all, a great weekend!
