“Very fair for the price!”

I stayed at the Ramada because I had to be in Grand Forks for a school related reason. I think this hotel is a good deal for the price I paid. I stayed for four nights. The bed was fairly comfortable (not a pillowtop) and the linens clean (not Egytian cotton) and the shower was hot (not sparkling gold faucets) and the carpet clean (not a Persian rug). If you want those things, please plan on paying a great deal more! The cleaning staff was very accomodating, and let us choose when our room was cleaned. The heat works well.

“Convenient Location and a Great Indoor Pool!”

The Ramada was a great place to stay! I especially liked the large indoor pool. Weekday prices were very reasonable. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.

“Great trip!”

We were real impressed with the updating they had done since the last time was a couple years agoe, that we had stayed there. It is a very nice restaurant to eat at, good food...The kids enjoyed the pool,very well kept. Quiet rooms,the only complaint would be the shower was kinda weird to operate, but did fiqure it out, Cannot wait to stay again!!

“Best Hotel in North Dakota and best price!”

Amazing time, extremely clean, great counter staff, very pleased! Loved the indoor pool area, huge! Fun...rooms were great!

“Nice Family Hotel”

This hotel is great to stay at if you want a nice get away with the family to Grand Forks to do some shopping and relaxation. The pool is great and so are the hours of the pool. Even if you have a room poolside it's nice and quiet at a decent hour.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. I would definately stay there again.

“Good Quality”

Overall - very good. Carpeting in the entry near our room needs replacing. But the room itself was very clean and well-maintained. Staff was polite and efficient. Free wireless Internet access - and it actually worked. (Unlike some hotels I've stayed at).

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the hotel. The staff were friendly, check in and out were quick and easy. We will definately stay there again.

“Not quite as described.....”

The hotel is conveniently located just off the main highway coming down from Winnipeg. The room was well kept, clean and tidy. The hotel provided us a complimentary newspaper every morning, which was quite nice. The hotel's green options, like hanging your towel if you do not wish to have it washed as well as similar bedding options, are great intensives to repeat my experience at this establishment. I was expecting safety deposit boxes, or something similar, in order to store my passport (so I wouldn't have to carry it around all weekend). The safety boxes were removed several weeks before our arrival. The restaurant was open at the posted times and the service was very cheerful! But, I could not find any hint of the "continental breakfast". The heavy room doors produce extremely loud sounds up and down the hallway (especially disturbing late at night). All and all the service and general hotel condition are sure to keep me coming back!

“Airport hotel”

This was a great hotel for those wanting to take an airplane out of Grand Forks. The rates are reasonable and a free shuttle was available. Overall the hotel was a good experience, the hotel is a little older but they have done some nice upgrading and the beds have been updated to provide a pleasant night's sleep.
