King suites are nice rooms but if you do not have children request one away from the pool. We stayed near the pool this time and it was very loud. Otherwise this is a great property.

The hotel was extremely clean the the room was equally clean. The staff was efficient and helpful during check in. Parking and exterior lighting was great!

When we first arrived Aubrey met us with a big smile and made sure all of concerns were looked after. In addition to Aubrey all the staff were courteous and friendly. This was a big part of our decision to return. The breakfast was a step above the normal at other hotels.

I liked the suite.... comfy and useful. Some stains on the chairs. Overall, a good place and I would stay again.

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly. They even let me use their shovel to dig out my car from the overnight snow storm.

The pull out couch was terrible.. you could feel every single spring!! Staff were helpful and gave us a mattress cover!

Really enjoyed our stay there. There's alot of good reasons the hotel rated an excellent review but primarily, for us, it was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone there treated us like family. That means alot.

We like the location and the staff is wonderful that we have encountered with. Breakfast is very good! The waffles are my favorite! The rooms are really good and comfortable beds!

It was a decent hotel. Our bathroom floor wasn’t very clean. I’m assuming the carpet in the room wasn’t that clean either. Harder to tell with carpet. Service was acceptable. The breakfast was good.

Nice location for where I needed to be next. Very easy to find. However… Staff did not inform us that there was no hot water in the hotel as the boiler had stopped working. Was a topic of conversation between guests and some staff in the morning. The weather was below freezing (as is typical in Grand Forks during this time of the year) and showering with ice cold water does not make for the a pleasant experience… definitely memorable not in the best way. Not to mention somebody could easily fall ill with a cold or worse. In the morning at breakfast, I overheard front desk staff being told by one of the oncoming staff members that they’d been dealing with it for “a while” and when another staff member said maybe they should be letting people know, the other staff member said to keep quiet unless someone asked about it. Quite the customer service and care.

Thank you, for letting us know about your experience. We have been having some issues with our hot water system and were waiting for our pilot light to dry out and ignite. We kept hoping it would and then realized it wasn't going to cooperate. We have since ordered a new system and it will be installed this week. I know this doesn't help you, as you have checked out, but should you be in the area, we would b happy to make it up to you.

Great place for the price
We were in town for the UND parents weekend. The hotel was very nice, comfortable, and had an easy access off 32nd. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved the layout of our room and it was spacious. The carpet was very dirty and clearly needed to be vacuumed and shampooed.
